REQUEST RULES
Thank you for looking at our requests made by our members! These requests are a really important part of our members stories, so we wanted to set a few ground rules.
Taking requests:
- When reserving a want ad be considerate to the creator and don't 'hold onto' the want ad for months and never finish making them.
- You can fill multiple want ads with one character if it works (example, making a sibling for one person and a romantic interest for another person, and have both be the same character) and as long as they fit the requirements of everyone involved.
Putting up requests:
- Use the template below!
- No required playbys (identical twins are the exception).
- No character can be on more than one want ad. Keep it simple by having all the information of the character in one place.
- If a want ad requires a galleon shop purchase (Such as a Witch hunter, a squib, etc.) clearly note on the request what purchase is required.
- Keep your requests up to date. Remove, or hide taken want ads in spoilers so they don't confuse people.

[b]NAME: [/b]Full name, Partial name, up to you, etc.
[b]GENDER:[/b] what they identify as, if it's negotiable, etc.

[b]SCHOOLING:[/b] House and/or School
[b]POTENTIAL FACES/FEATURES:[/b] List playbys you feel would fit. (You can not require playbys.) Or list key features you want (Certain ethnicity, tattoos, hair color, etc.) that would help find the right playby.
[b]REQUIRED DETAILS:[/b] Things you're not willing to negotiate. (Canons cannot have required details unless it's already established)
[b]PREFERRED:[/b] Things you'd really like to see, but open to negotiating.
[b]OTHER DETAILS[/b]: Anything else you think is important to know about the character. Make sure you clarify what you want this character for, as well if the other sections don't answer that.
[b]Private Discussion Required:[/b] Put yes or no, and they will know they MUST contact you. (Canons cannot have required discussions.) Staff will ask the requester if the required contact was made.[/div][/div][/div]
