So I thought it would be fun to start up a thread for my fellow HP fans, and fans of the wizarding world in general. This thread is for anyone who's up for giving facts, trivia or just random findings through the world of HP.  Just things that you may have spotted that others may or may not have.  Like for instance, did you know that the killing curse, even though officially talked about in the 4th movie, was mentioned in towards the end of the second?  Lucius Malfoy came close to killing Harry Potter after the young wizard freed Dobby.  Right before the house elf blasts Lucius, you hear Lucius hiss "Avada".  I know it's just half of the killing curse, but still a pretty cool fact about the movie.  Let's see what else we can come up with.

If you rewatch the first movie, you'll see the part where Harry first sees Snape. While looking at him, Harry's scar sends a spike of pain through him.

But if you're watching closely, you'll notice that not only is Quirrell sitting right beside Snape, as he was in the book, but after Snape recognizes Harry and sees him touch his scar, his eyes flick over to Quirrell.

Because THAT'S why Snape suspected Quirrell, in the film anyway.
