Happy Holidays, everyone! First off, I want to tell you all how excited I am this holiday season because of our special little event: THE YULE BALL!! The Yule Ball will be taking place on Christmas night (December 25th) but we will have threads up for it as soon as the IC announcement is made by @superluigi64 , to commence the champion dance with their dates. That means, we will probably be threading the Yule Ball all month long! But it's okay, because it's gonna be awesome. Classes will cease for the holiday season December 13th - 27th, for those students going home for the holidays (since we have many foreign students this year, extra time has been allotted for them to visit their families if they so choose.) Attire for the ball is formal, and no one under the age of 14 may attend unless invited by an upper class student. Due to the recent events in the wizarding world, the ball will also be held for Ministry employees as well, so students must all be on their best behavior.
With the holidays now here OOC and IC, I want to remind everyone to please remember that this is all for fun. If you need, please take a step away from ALO and go and enjoy some family time! The staff really does not want any OOC issues arising out of this. With that, we also want to make sure everyone is aware of the new activity rules and such, regarding dropping characters and making new ones. We also ask that from here on out, once you drop a character, please do not begin to app. a new one until it can be accepted (after that grace period.)
