overall personality:
Honesty. If you combined all the donkey's in the world, and then attempted to get them to move, you wouldn't be able to match the complete stubbornness that encompasses Minnie Adrienne Weasley. She is strong willed and so bossy. She knows what she wants and goes to get it. Sometimes when she walks through life she doesn't understand the reactions others have to her because she's so clearly content in who she is. Obviously, some self-conscious things come out of that. Her thighs, freckles, and thin wrists that make it hard for her to beat up stupid ass guys who think they can hit her ass. Despite her small frame, Minnie is everything but. She's loud and talkative, sometimes to a fault, but just looks to have fun with the people she cares about. Her sister and brother mean everything to her, and while she doesn't completely get along with her mother all the time- she loves her.
The happiest you'll see the little redheaded girl, is when light snowflakes fall over the grounds. She'll drop any assignment and be out there on the lawn, watching it fall down, treading lightly as to not break the perfect layer of magic that's meant so much since she was little. And the most unhappy is undoubtedly as she's sits in the library right before a deadline, stress eating her alive. Despite her strong and naturally sarcastic and strong behavior, Minnie can't really help herself when it comes to succeeding and school work. Every assignment is important to her. She wants to do well, prove herself, and it's hard to do sometimes. She has a very difficult time balancing school and her social and outside activities. Which is why she find herself getting increasingly stressed in situations where she avoids homework, to the point where she is unapproachable. So, she tries her best to get it out of the way quickly and quietly, then go on adventures that will surely earn her yet another detention.
Overall, she's a good learner, but her fiery disposition keeps her in a constant state of imbalance and trouble. She's blunt, but very kind, and has a heart of gold. Many times her biggest issue is good intentions. That can lead to many worse repercussions.

history:
A lot can be said about the Weasley family. Even when the famous family joined with Fleur Delacour, a known fourth veela, and triwizard participant (that actually survived). And with that came a fair amount of press, gracing the social pages, particularly where the children came into the picture. While Minnie never felt the pressure her parents did, or really her sister. She just avoided it. And while she was a blossoming trouble maker, there was hardly a story in a ten year old fighting with her mum and spending the night in a tree. Unlike Victoire, Dominique didn't mind looking pretty, she just didn't put much effort into it. Her grandmother liked to doll her up with dresses and baubles, and she was grateful for their care. And the dressing up hardly got in the way of her activities. As Minnie got older, she did stray away from these practices. And her stubbornness, easily a family trait, began to develop more and more. The girl would stay out to all hours of the night, sleep in during the day, even at a young age she loved to explore. Understand things, find new focuses in her life. Being constricted and refined caused her to fall into these moods, feeling herself being sucked into depressions. So she kept busy. the busier, the happier. But this caused a lot of stress where her mother was concerned.
Minnie isn't the best at communicating with people her feelings. So instead of facing them head on, she avoids them, sneaks around the edges of a curtain on the other side the reason why she's feeling the way she was. Her mother didn't know half the stuff that went through her daughters head. The person she found herself most close to was her father, due to their similar need of adventure and drive. Minnie desperately wanted to be like him, and her mother- though she wouldn't outwardly admit that. She found out she had magic, though it would have been strange if she hadn't, at age 10, she had gotten in a particularly bad fight with her mom over what seemed like nothing, and Minnie was seething, eyes closed pacing the room- only opening them when she felt cold on her. For whatever reason, she'd made it snow in june. And got shipped off on the train within the next few months to hogwarts.
First year at hogwarts and she was sorted into Ravenclaw. Finding nearly immediately that she was not the normal ravenclaw. she adored learning, and had a passion for intelligence, but she also could hardly sit still sometimes, and found she'd rather explore the castle then sit at a desk and study things she already knew. One day, during one of the explorations of the ancient castle, she got completely and hopelessly lost in the dungeons. She was down there for a few hours, running around, trying to get out- find shelter, find anyone who could help her get back (knowing, of course, she would be too prideful to ask normally). But she couldn't find anyone. It took a few more hours before she finally found her way out. Since then, the fear she felt in those few hours, was terrifying enough that she actively works to make certain she knows where she is. And is often controlling because of it. She will still do things, go out of her comfort zone, but only slightly.
Her school years passed easily. She loved school, and the people, probably getting in plenty of detentions for telling teachers exactly what she thinks at that very moment. And more for standing up for other people. Dominique grew up cautious, but courageous, strong willed and kind. And stubborn beyond belief, and often finds herself thinking that she's reached the end of growing and changing. But unknowingly that she is only sixteen, and has a lifetime ahead of her. Which she will often refuse to think about, knowing she has no idea what she wants to do.
