ANDROMEDA LESTRANGE

This character will be open for adoption when IC February starts.

After Andromeda and Nikolaj Lestrange's conspiracy to murder their parents landed Andy in the hospital she spent several days at St. Mungos before being transferred to a rehabilitation facility. The Ministry made a deal with the girl to avoid charges that should have not only expelled her from Hogwarts but also ended in a one way ticket to Azkaban. She spent the remainder of January at the rehab, required to participate in intense mental therapy. She and Philip did break up during her rehabilitation.

Once released from the rehab she will return to Hogwarts and be required to continue her therapy by meeting several times a week with the school counselor for the remainder of the school year. She has been stripped of any club leadership responsibilities she previously had, and will not be permitted to take any up others when she returns to Hogwarts. All visits with her brother (the co-conspirator in their parent's death) must be supervised by one of her adopted parents (Professor and Mrs. Longbottom), the school counselor, or a Ministry employee.

Whether the Andromeda/Philip relationship continues is open to discussion between the roleplayers to claim these characters.

PHILIP LONGBOTTOM

This character will be open for adoption immediately.

Philip did return home to Hogwarts after spending half a year studying in Brazil at their magical school.  His visitation with Andromeda has been limited during her rehabilitation and so they were broken up for the duration of her stay. Whether the Andromeda/Philip relationship continues now is open to discussion between the roleplayers to claim these characters. 

ABIGAIL SHACKLEBOLT

This character will NOT be open for adoption.

For plot purposes the staff will not be re-opening this character at this time. Please speak with co-admin lisa or @modnick for further information if her status in society is necessary for your own character's plot progression.

VICTOIRE WEASLEY

This character will be open for adoption immediately.

Victoire has stepped down as Minister of Magic to let someone more experienced (Hermione Granger-Weasley) take charge as the Ministry is pushed closer towards full out War. What she does now is currently open to whoever claims her.
