He grinned and agreed to her point, adding that even if they weren't okay it was good to show them they weren't alone. Callisto nodded, though she was more in it for the science of it all. She wasn't too good at all that emotional stuff... Plenty of people could attest to that. He seemed well equipped to be a hand to hold, though. Much better than she.
He talked about friends dragging him to do fun things and she smiled softly. "You're lucky to have friends that will do that for you. I'm sure they're lovely," she said. Then he asked about her and she shook her head, chuckling a little. "I used to work at the Ministry too. But then I quit to be here more. Which somehow made me mpre exhausted," she chuckled again. "Mostly I look after my sister and my nephew," Callisto wasn't really one for kids, but Sebastian was, by far, the most important human being in her life. "And occasionally meet a friend for lunch but she's as much of a workoholic as I am."

Callisto seemed to understand why Rory liked his job, but she didn't say anything, which was just fine with him. There was only so much you could say about healing, especially when talking to another healer. He sipped his tea as she started talking about how he was lucky to have friends that made him be social. He smiled and nodded. "They're great. If you wanted I could introduce you to some of them ... but you don't have to." He didn't want her to feel pressured. Surely she had her own friends she could do things with. Still, his offer stood. He laughed when she said healing was more exhausting than working at the Ministry. "Well, it's more emotionally taxing, I would think." Rory tried to explain it, though he was sure she had her own ideas for why that was.
He nodded when she explained what she did do. "Well family is important and they tend to get us better than others do." He thought for a moment. "How long have you been here full-time?"

Introduce her to his friends? That was... an interesting idea. "Yeah I... maybe," that could possibly be fun? But she didn't really do fun so she wasn't sure how that would work. He mentioned that healing was more emotionally taxing, which made her cringe for just a moment. She liked to think that emotions didn't phase her but... he was right. She just gave a short nod, not wanting to elaborate on anything emotional. Then he said family was important, that they seemed to get them... her family was a mixed bag of different kinds of crazy. Then he asked how long she had been there for Full Time. "Only five months," she answered.
Then she looked up at the clock and sighed. "I have to get back... Owl me about meeting those friends sometime," she walked toward the door, "just send the owl here. This is where I always am," she chuckled before giving him another wave and leaving.
@rory (The end! It's all set up for a group thread/another thread if you want it XD)
