It was a slightly dreary day in the city of London, which was normal for the spring months. Any while her mother had always told her, April showers bring May flowers. It was May now, and yet the showers were continuing. Today it was supposed to rain, how did she know? Well, the muggle news had told her so, as well as the fact that the sky was growing darker by the second. Any second now the rain would come crashing down upon the bustling streets of London. She was heading home from work, walking the familiar streets of London that she always passed to make her way to her home. Her feet were walking fast, wanting to get home before the rain came down. The reason why? She stupidly had forgotten her umbrella within her home, and there was no way she was about to get soaked by the cold rain. She took a deep breath, her senses filled with the fresh damp air that told the stories of what was to come. It was during her quick pace walk, and a quick glance over her shoulder, that her shoulder bumped into some. And not a nice little bump, it was full force. Tamara quickly turned to face the person, who she had luckily left standing by slightly stumbled in the direction she had bumped her, and with wide eyes, she spoke.
Victoire hoped it would rain. The rain was one of the few things that really made her feel clean. Like all the diseased cells were forced to wash away. She was walking slow, eyes up on the sky. She felt someone shoulder check her and she stumbled, looking down in surprise. Her face was stern for a moment until the girl started to speak. "You went go Hogwarts," she said, a little louder than she meant to in Muggle London. She shook it off, face flushing a little. "I'm fine, just a bit startled. In a hurry?" Vic asked. She was sure that this girl was a witch and if she wasn't... well, Vic could easily make some excused about being a crazy person. But no, she was sure she had talked to her before. She was a... Ravenclaw? No. Vic would have known that. She had a vague memory cross her mind of the girl sitting near Teddy in the Great Hall... Hufflepuff.
Victoire had never been great with faces and names from her school days, not unless they meant something for her career. She regretted that.
