Alas anybody who didn't sign up for the last Image rotator is out of luck, you can't sign up for it anymore and it only works for people who have accounts already. Sorry, go home. You're out of luck... go... just leave you can't have random image hovers and be cool like the rest of us.

Okay fine you wore me down, here is another site I've found that works for having beautiful hover images. it's only slightly less fancy
It won't upload the images from your computer but once you upload them yourself and put the link in, it'll do the rest for you. You'll also need to do this for each account you wish to have random hover images but no e-mail is required so that's not too bad.
