Willow sat Indian style with her legs folded up underneath her with closed eyes and a cup of green tea in her hands. Her nice little bottom was placed on one of the many brightly coloured pillows that were spread around in the dim room which was barely lit up by a few candles here and there. The woman's chest rose as she inhaled the scent and then sipped slowly to the hot drink. Willow opened her eyes while drinking and blinking a couple of times, letting her hand move downwards to her stomach and hover right above it.
”Oh dear...” She said with a small grimace, wrinkling her nose. ”I might have to go to the toilet in the middle of the class!”
She knew she should not have drunk the tea, but green tea worked like coffee when it came to little blonde haired Willow Huckleberry. She got fresh and slightly high from a strong cup of innocent green tea. The worst part about it was that her bladder never agreed to the fact that she had decided to replace tea with coffee, and if often decided to protest in the middle of a lesson or an important meeting.
She glanced sideways at the blackboard upon which was written ”astrology”, and she found her long wand which she flicked a couple of times, turning off a few more candles so it could get darker in the room. Then, still seated, she looked upwards at the boring grey ceiling and transformed it into a magical night sky filled with stars shining brighter than before. The woman giggled at herself like a little girl Christmas Eve and put away her wand, loving the fact that she was going to explore the mysteries of astrology with her oldest students today.

Andy liked divination well enough. She wasn't in love with it though, nor did she hate it. It kind of become sort of a fun place for her to be, kind of a filler class. Not that it was easy, but the work was more interesting than in some of her other classes. Still, she didn't mind heading up to the tower. Plus, Professor Huckleberry was probably one of the coolest people on this plant, and Andy could understand that.
She just had to finish one last sip of hot choco before she'd be ready to go. She dabbed her lip with a napkin and gathered her things, heading up towards the tower. She didn't really know many others who were taking the class, is wasn't that popular, so she didn't bother trying to meet any friends along the way. The only person she knew who loved divination was Desi, and that girl was... not Andys friend. This year she was going to be in a combined class with seventh years. Yay.
As Andy ascending the steps she stepped into the dim room, looking up at the ceiling which was lit up like the night sky. She caught her breath, now that was something beautiful. She walked slowly into the room and saw her eccentric professor sitting happily on a cushion, "Erh, hi Professor," she felt like she should whisper, so she did.

It was time for Desis favorite class! If there was one thing she loved more than spying on the present, it was seeing the future! What an incredibly useful skill in the world of blackmail! She giggled happily as she put her hair in a messy bun on the top of her head, skipping out of the Ravenclaw common room. On her way out the door, she spotted Ethan! She happily snagged his arm and looped hers through, "Divination class, here we come!" she dragged Ethan bumbling out of the door and into the hallway.
They had to go down some tower steps, switch staircases, and then go up the steps to a different tower in order to get to class. It was quite the ordeal for the Ravenclaws but Desi didn't care! Her favorite class was underway. Soon, they were climbing the latter and slipping into the night sky room. Desi caught her breath and released Ethan, running over to a bright blue cushion near the Professor. She assumed the Professors stance identically and raised an eyebrow at her with a smile, "the room looks, lovely, Professor Huckleberry!" she said softly, yet chipper.

Divination was one of the things that still blew this muggle borns mind. That's why he continued to take it. He was just about to head out of the common room when Desi was suddenly on him, yanking him out the door. "Desi-wha-" he managed to get out. He didn't really know much about her except that she was best friends with Elaine, which was enough for him to worry about his well being when in her presence. Luckily, people saw her grab him so if he disappeared before he got to class, they'd know who did it. He found some strange comfort in this thought.
As they climbed the latter Desi let go of him. He felt himself breathe a little as he started to ascend. When they arrived in the tower, he let his jaw drop as well. Today was going to be a good day! He let Desi run past him, and stood beside Andy awkwardly. She was a sixth year, but he didn't know her much at all. He gave the professor a slight wave, but didn't say anything. He felt it better to keep silent until he received instruction.

Divination was something that Sammy was pretty darn down with. The Prefect greatly enjoyed it - funnily enough, given neither of her parents were really fans - and even had a talent for it, apparently. She hadn't ever made a true prophecy (not to her knowledge), but her casual predictions seemed to come true, at least sometimes? She liked interpreting dreams the best, honestly - they were fun, but reading tea leaves was also fun. As was reading palms.
...Basically, she enjoyed a lot of different aspects of Divination, which was probably a good thing, and totally fine in the long run.
Grinning bright, and already looking forward to this class, Sammy waited underneath the trapdoor, hovering behind one of her best as friends as she waited for him to go up the ladder. Ethan. Who was pretty great. Stepping forward to quickly scramble up after him (the girl didn't like being on the ladder very long, or other things that always required two hands; it kind of completely cut off her communication while she was on there, which was definitely something she didn't enjoy, not at all.)
The night sky up above startled her, though, and for a moment, the girl perched on the ladder, staring up at it, face paling. The last time she had been outside, at nighttime and- No. No no no no no.
Violently shoving that horrible thought away from her - it seeped into her mind, down in her bones, there was no way that she was going to be able to metaphorically shake it free - Sammy pulled herself up the last little bit, signing a quick 'Hello,' to Professor Huckleberry, and paused to take in who was there. Andromeda, a Ravenclaw she didn't really know well, and Ethan. Well, it was obvious who she was going to sit by, in this situation. Forcing on a smile - he'd know it was fake, of course, but... she only really had a real one when she could temporarily forget - the Gryffindor moved to stand by her friend, before taking a seat, patting the cushion next to her for him, and letting her hands move rapidly as she signed. 'How are you?'
Ah, BSL. The wonders.

Ethan was grateful when Sammy arrived in class. He turned to face her and caught her 'Hello' to the professor, but he knew that smiling was just for appearances sake. In fact, the Gryffindor looked a little pale. Maybe Ethan was hallucinating, but he could usually tell when someone was upset, especially when that person was a dear friend of his. He had an inkling as to what was on her mind, but of course he wouldn't mention it. She came to stand by him and he smiled at her, trying to encourage her that today was going to be a nice normal day.
As she moved to sit and patted the seat beside her, he signed as he walked toward her, 'I'm breathing. Desi practically mauled me and dragged me here, he rolled his eyes as he took a seat on the cushion Sammy had patted a moment before. That last sentence was a little more complex, but he was pretty sure he had successfully got his point across. He wasn't sure if there was a sign for mauled, so he just spelled it out. 'How are you?' he signed.
He really wasn't even sure why he was taking divination classes. Maybe it was because he wanted to know about all kinds of magic in order to be a better professor someday. Or maybe it was because he was a muggle born who still find certain facets of magic to be absolutely mind blowing. That was most certainly a big part of it. I mean, telling the future by looking in tea cups or looking at stars? Who wouldn't find that fascinating?

Students entered the divination tower and Willow nodded at all of them with a small smile and a greeting. One specific girl caught her attention though, and as she signed a greeting to Willow, the professor walked over to her.
"Hello, you must be Sammy. Am I right? Do you need a translator or are you just mute?" Willow asked straight forward.
She did not know any sign language, and hoped that the girl was not deaf as well. Then she returned to stand in front of the class, clapping her hands to catch their attention once the time reached the start.
”Alright everyone. Welcome to advanced divination! Today we will be focusing on astrology. I assume you already know the twelve zodiac signs of the western world, so instead we will dig deeper into where they can be found on the night sky, and how the position of their ruling planets can affect the lives of each sign. So if you follow an astrological forecast, you will actually be able to have an idea of what challenges your sign or the sign of your friend may face in the future. If we have time, we will compare it to Chinese astrology.”
She sent them a big smile, hoping she was clear so far and then looked up at the ceiling that represented the night sky.
”As you can see above you, we have our own personal star chart right there. As you probably know from Astronomy, this is how the sky looks today. So, can anyone point out where the zodiac signs are up there? If you point your wand at the stars, they will lit up, so we all can see which ones you mean. And I will give extra points to those who can name the ruling planet of the sign.”
((Class has begun, yay! You guys are free to let your character answer Willow's questions without having her to say his name first. And if you have a student you want to be late for class, make sure to write it in your post. Otherwise I will just assume he has been there all along.))
