Ginny and Constance were sent on a special assignment for the Order. It wasn't supposed to be anything super dangerous, otherwise Rob and Harry would never have let them go. Well, they would have, but they would have insisted an update every five minutes. The two women stood close together as they walked along the streets of a small neighborhood that neither of them recognized. Supposedly, they were to find some solid clues as to Antons whereabouts somewhere in this area. They weren't sure exactly what they were looking for, but it was a start. Basically, they were just the first team sent out to survey this area while others were checking a few other places.
After getting to know one another with quite a bit of chatter, the two redheads pulled out their wands and walked down the dark sidewalk. There was light snow on the ground, but nothing really seemed suspicious. It was pretty late at night, or maybe early in the morning, so most of the residents where safely tucked away in bed. Soon, Constance spoke, "Hey Gin, let's check out this pub. Maybe we can get some information in there." Constance pointed to the pub in which she was referring and Ginny nodded, heading in that direction. Before they even reached the door Ginny got a bad feeling, and almost too late knocked Constance to the ground as a bright light flashed over their heads. A spell.
"Stay down!" Ginny muttered as she slowly lifted herself to a crouched position. Whoever had fired at them was taking a break, but Ginny didn't want to take any chances. She grabbed Constances hand and slowly lifted her, taking steps back as she did.

Tonight was supposed to be another boring night. He sat in a pub in some town in England enjoying a warm meal and a nice cold drink when he felt the sensory alarms go off. This was a muggle town mind you and so of course he setup a sensory charm to let him know if anyone who was a witch or wizard was within four-hundred yards of the pub that he was in. Anton finished his drink and set the glass down casually before he got up and slipped out the back door. Making his way around some buildings he caught a glimpse of two witches, who in his opinion should know better and not be out by themselves. Ginny Potter and Constance Kase. This was way too easy but nonetheless he was going to make them loose parts of their memories since that would be what would hurt their loved ones the most. It would strike fear and sow terror into their families. Pulling out his own wand and a piece of parchment Anton wrote a quick note to Roderick that basically told him to get his arse out here for some good old fashioned fun. With a tap of his wand the parchment sped off to Roderick who was inside the pub somewhere. Deciding to play with them first Anton stepped out from behind a building and sent a low level cutting curse at their heads which missed as he figured it would as the two women hit the ground and then proceeded to get up and move. “You know Miss Potter and Miss Kase you two really shouldn’t be out here and you will not be getting away in one piece.” Anton shouted down the street in a booming voice. He was going to play with them first before locking away their memories with an old Mayan spell that he had learned in his travels, and the only way to unlock them again was by having a very powerful legilimens remove the locks mentally. It was a long and arduous process but it could be done. He would not torture them at all except for locking away their memories. And that would be the torture in and of itself. He was looking forward to this and it would be fun, ok not fun for them but for Anton this is the kind of fun he liked to have. Albeit that this was a sick and twisted kind of fun to normal people. @roderick Ginevra Molly Potter@constancekase

When Constance heard the mans voice, she whipped around until she could see him clearly. She had never actually met his Anton, but she assumed this could be him. He fit the description she and Ginny were given. The first thing they were supposed to do when they saw a Death Eater was to send a message out to Harry. Constance nodded at Ginny to send the patronus but Ginny shook her head.
Ginnys hands where shaking and she was glaring at Anton, daggers in her eyes. "It's Mrs. Potter to you, scumbag." Her voice sounded sure but Constance could tell that she wasn't feeling as confident as she had been showing. She lifted her wand and pointed it into the sky, but she couldn't do it. Her Horse patronus wasn't showing itself. She instead pointed her wand in Antons direction, "Expelliarmus!"
Constance took the opportunity to duck and roll a few feet away from Ginny, that way Anton couldn't hit him both at once. She pointed her own wand at Anton as she stood, "Ginny! Send the patronus!" Constance called. Constance couldn't send a Patronus strong enough to stay in form long enough to deliver a message. It was still something she was working on.

Just what in the name of Salazar Slytherin and all that was dark and spooky as Roderick Montfort doing in a muggle town? Not to mention a pub? Put them together--a pub in a muggle town? He despised both the muggle world and the filthy, abhorrent primates that inhabited it. And he was never fond of pubs. He hated how they were irritatingly crowded with people with no air to breath or space to move. He also hated common people who infested those buildings. He put up with expensive parties, but at least the ballrooms and halls were large and roomy...and he was surrounded by his equals.
But, Anton seemed to have worked his magic with Roderick to pull the brooding potioneer to the pub in the muggle town. Perhaps it had to do with the fact that Anton was a Death Eater who took no nonsense. He had many credentials pertaining to his job of being one. He was much older than Roderick and had more experience and had overcome dangerous travails of his own, and for all Rod thought of himself, he had to cede that the older man was most likely wiser than he was. He knew what he was doing. And anyway...even if he was going to feel like a handsome lion surrounded by a swarm of earthworms, it could be quite interesting to get to know the lay of the land of kindred of the mudbloods who he swore to eliminate from the wizardry world, and to observe those kindred for himself...
And there he was, sitting at a table by himself, feeling like he was suffocating at the same time that he was observing these muggles with a mix of both coldness, contempt, and interest. Poor Rod felt like he wanted to kill everyone around him and leave no living person to exit the pub, but he knew that it would be immensely stupid of him to do that. He hadn't even ordered a drink for himself; he simply sat there, broodingly watching the people around him. It was interesting to get to know where all those mudbloods came from. These were their people, and he hated them even more after getting a look at their non-magical kind.
But then a letter appeared on his table on his hand. He immediately glanced downward when he felt it. It as most likely from Anton. Arching an eyebrow, Roderick held up the parchment to eye level and read it.
Good, at least he could finally leave this godforsaken place. Pushing his chair back, he got up to his feet and tucked the parchment under his coat before turning around and heading straight to the back door where he and Anton had entered the stinking pub through; but, this time he was going to exit it for good. He didn't even bother to push his chair back in. He wanted to know what the meaning of old-fashioned fun was to Anton and what could ever be fun in this rotten world.
Nonetheless, he exited the pub, and once he got out his eyes met a scene that he hadn't expected. There was Anton...in combat with two Ministry wenches. His eyes had widened, but now they were narrowed and his mouth was twisted downward in disgust. He walked toward Anton to stand beside him, changing the expression on his face to a devilish smirk. "I see. So you've spotted those two mongrels straying about, Anton," he said disdainfully.
The dark-haired woman was calling out to Ginny to send for a patronus. Roderick laughed arrogantly. "Oh, but I do insist you wait a moment, Ginny!" he sneered as he pulled out his wand. Rod pointed it at the Potter. "Stupefy!"

Anton glanced to his side as Roderick came into view. That boy had a lot to learn, especially about being quiet or taking the advantage and moving around behind the two witches. But no matter Anton was just getting warmed up. "I see. So you've spotted those two mongrels straying about, Anton," Of course he had. Anton noted the smirk on Roderick’s face and it matched his own. “Of course I have Roderick and plus I think you were about to snap if you stayed in that pub any longer. Am I right?” He asked in a rather sarcastic and condescending tone. Sometimes people made stupid statements. And what Roderick had said was stating the obvious. "It's Mrs. Potter to you, scumbag." He knew that but this was all part of what Anton did, rile them up and then go for the kill, or in this case removing memories. "But of course it is Miss Potter, and a disarming hex, you are going to have to do better than that." Anton taunted the witch, putting an emphasis on Miss Potter. And apparently Roderick had a different idea and just wanted to stun them, that isn’t how you do things. “Roderick you must be patient we will get them in the end, for now let us play with them. I don’t care if they get the patornus sent, by the time that Potter and the aurors get here we will be long gone.” Anton chided the young boy. Stepping out to get better aim Anton cast a few spells in quick succession. “Confringo! Bombada Maxima!” Both spells went flying at their intended targets, the confringo hit a building that was close to the two witches and the wall it hit exploded and sent debris flying everywhere and it also set the building on fire. The bombada maxima hit just in front of the witches and if he was not mistaken they were probably sent flying backwards. As all of this was happening Anton also cast anti-apparition wards around the entire area so no one could get away or come to the immediate rescue. Ginevra Molly Potter@constancekase @roderick

Ginny didn't like the fact that he was mocking her, of course, but he had a point. She was really off her game right now. Plus, she wasn't necessarily expecting to get into a full-fledged battle tonight. She needed to get back on the horse, that much was certain. Because of these thoughts, she was caught off guard by this other person suddenly showing up and tossing spells her way. She felt her body get hit by the stunning spell and collapsed onto the ground. Somewhere over to the side she heard Constance shout something, but she wasn't sure what it was.
Constance pointed her wand at Roderick and shouted, "Bombarda," sending an explosion in their direction. She used this moment to turn to Ginny and shout the counter curse to the stunning spell, but Ginny was coming to her senses too slowly. "Ginny! The patronus!" Constance shouted, her voice shaking. Why hadn't she developed a good patronus before this!? Constance didn't have much time to chide herself though, for she was blown backwards by an explosion of enemy fire blowing her backwards. Ginny was slammed into the wall by the impact as debris from the other spell slammed into her body, breaking bones and spilling blood.
"Expecto... Patronum..." Ginny choked out, thinking about Lilys first steps before she felt herself pass out. Constance, lying a few feet away, watched the Horse skip off into the distance. She sighed with relief and sat up, coughing as she waited for the dust and smoke to clear. She stood, carefully, glancing at the unconscious Ginny again before aiming at Roderick and shouting, "Deprimo!" only seconds before aiming at Anton, "Diffindo!" Constance was a healer, not a fighter, and this wasn't something she was well practiced in. Ginny was supposed to be the fighter.

Perhaps if Roderick had known just what they were doing he would've used a different way to approach the trio instead of get out of the back door and stumble upon all of that weird noise coming from somewhere nearby. First of all, this was the muggle world which he barely knew and had never been in and a world where none of their magic was to be revealed. Rod had been least expecting to see a magical duel happen between Death Eaters and Ministry workers, which was why he had kind of walked in on them instead of deceive them. He would've felt more free to sneak up on people as he pleased in the wizarding world, but when he was pretty much in what he called in alternate universe Rod was more cautious about doing that. Most likely because he did not want to get into trouble with obliviators at the moment. But it seemed that his caution was tossed out of the window and was no longer needed. In other words, he had not been prepared that the possibility could arrive when they would be aggressively using their magic against Ministry workers, here, in a muggle town. Not to mention, Rod was not a public person. He was a private and reserved one and did not start causing fiascos in public with all eyes glued on him, or at least in the open where anyone could witness him, even in the wizardry world. This was a pretty new one to him. He was stuck between his need to cause trouble for the Ministry at the same time that he was careful not to offer his head to the chopping block so soon--but, it was obvious that the former was winning out...but he did have his reasons for knowing that he could get away from the latter in this.
Anyway, Rod wondered if Anton made a sport of terrorizing the muggle world with dark magic. Rod could understand it happening back in their magical realm but even the deadliest of Death Eaters didn't touch the purely muggle places, because they hated it too much to even bother. They just wanted to eliminate the members of the muggle world who had crept in the wizarding world and be free of them. But, it was too late to back down now that Anton was caught up in the duel. It was going to be pointless to try to cover up anything at this stage, because he had already been seen by those two brats anyway. Plus, Rod had his murderous feelings pent up since entering the muggle world and felt like this was a nice way to release it; by letting all hell break loose at those muggle supporters. He was a careful fellow, but he was also one to cause suffering to those he hated. Anton was experienced, Rod trusted, so he would most likely know what to do in a situation like this where he could be evil all he wanted and disappear back into the shadows where he was unreachable. He hated to admit this, but he probably had to learn to follow Anton's lead. He was the younger one who hadn't seen as much as Anton had with Death Eater action, after all...
"Protego!" he exclaimed as the dark-haired woman aimed the curse at him, his wand pointed. "I can hardly say I enjoyed it," he said drolly back to Anton, although that would probably be the end of that banter, considering they were in a duel and all. It could be said that Rod had stunned Ginny Potter to stop the woman from sending a patronus, but Anton told him that there was no need to worry about that. Shooting him a quick glance from the corner of his eye, Roderick though very quickly for a moment. He trusted what Anton said, knowing that Anton would be most capable of doing what he suggested as he had been doing that for years already. Rod was no coward, and he would've been happy to unleash all of his automatic hatred on their victims. However, he did have misgivings about being caught and tossed into Azkaban. But, again, Anton was elusive and clever, and he trusted that Anton could get away with making his blatant attack. It was strange for him to realize, but he was actually putting a considerable amount of faith in someone. He was putting quite a lot of trust on the fact that Anton was successful had not getting caught and eluding the Ministry.
"As you say," he simply said, turning his attention immediately back on the woman. Anton had created an explosion that blasted the wall of the building behind the those two, and Rodrick felt pleased to see such destruction being wrought on a muggle building--he was beginning to realize the beauty of destruction. He should really get used to this thing. He was also pleased to see that stunning the Potter woman had somewhat paid off when, after being flung back, she couldn't control her body and thus the impact had caused her to be severely injured. There was even blood, and even if Roderick was not a vampire, he liked the sight of blood. It made him feel invigorated. The pathetic creature managed to summon her patronus before collapsing, but by then Rod knew not to mind that.
Again, he defended himself with the shield charm when she hurled a curse at him. "Reducto!" he yelled after making the necessary hand movement with his wand, which was a triangular motion; the spell was most likely going to turn the woman into ashes if it hit home--it reduced solid objects into mist or a pile of ashes.

Anton dodged the diffindo that Kase had sent his way. After getting a good footing again he looks at his sleeve and saw the fabric had been slightly cut. It was a good thing that he had been wearing loose clothing tonight. Anton fixed the cut fabric with a wave of his hand. He looked at the two women and the destruction before them. Ah it was a sight to behold, a house on fire and a hole in one of it’s walls, and then a crater in the street, a bleeding and unconscious Potter, and then a Kase who was a Healer or something like that desperately trying to defend and get to her friend. Anton watched as a reducto curse sailed forward from Roderick’s wand. Anton let out a laugh before casting a spell much like the firestorm spell. But this one was modified and served him better in this situation. A ball of fire mixed with lightning, making the ball look purple shot from the end of his wand towards the sky. It rose above them all and then it broke up into tiny balls of fire and lightning(electricity it just sounds cooler if it is lightning) and rained down upon the immediate area, setting more houses on fire, and the main portion of it came down upon the area where the two witches were at. If they got hit it was their own fault. "Come on ladies! Is this the best you got?!"Anton watched as some people came running and screaming out of the pub that they had been in not long ago, some had nasty burns all over them and others were covered in dirt and debris from the building as it was engulfed in flames. Anton was still laughing as he watched the scene unfold. This is what he lived for. “Confringo!, Bombada!, Reducto!” He cast in quick succession not caring where they landed but it was away from the two witches whom he wanted to play with some more. Not this was to get rid of the remaining muggles in the street. Whether they died or not, did not matter to him as long as they were gone. Ginevra Molly Potter@constancekase @roderick

A shield charm! Constance should have thought of that. She turned to Ginny and shouted her own shield charm, trying to protect the unconscious woman. Ginny slowly started to stir, however, which made Constance smile for a short moment before she heard another spell coming her way, "Protego!" she shouted toward him. The Reducto spell bounced and hit a nearby statue, turning it into rubble. Constance caught her breath. That could have been her! She needed to get better at this defense thing.
Constance inched even closer to Ginny, and shouted a spell that would heal her cuts only temporarily. She was a medic, she knew how to handle injuries in battle. Both of the women turned to Anton as he laughed, which was a good warning for them to duck and roll. Ginny had finally managed to regain consciousness and pointed her wand at Anton as he shot a purple ball of light into the sky. "Crucio!" Ginny yelled. That was one thing about Ginny, she really wasn't scared to get down to business when it came down to it. The good guys took way to long to start using unforgivable curses in the last battle, Ginny wasn't going to make that mistake. Lots of people hated that about her, but some respected it. Constance was concerned by it, but she really didn't have a choice to say anything.
Ginny then pointed straight above them and called, "Aguament Umbrai!" a water umbrella formed around them for protection from the sparks. Constance took the opportunity to cast another protection charm around them. Just when it seemed like they might be able to make it, several things happened at once.
Muggles started to spill into the street, causing Constance to run out from under Ginnys water umbrella. She felt her skin start to burn as the sparks cascading down on them, "PROTEGO!" Constance shouted toward the muggles, "Fumos!" she shouted, a smokescreen separating the muggles from Anton. She hoped it would throw off his aim just a little. But wait... he wasn't even aiming!
Constance grabbed a muggles arm, "Get out of here! Cut through the alley between those buildings, go NOW!" and she started doing damage control the best she could, almost forgetting about the men who were trying to kill her.
Ginny, on the other hand, dropped her water spell the second Constance left it. She didn't care about the sparks catching her clothes on fire and burning her skin. She walked toward Anton and Roderick, projecting her next curse onto Roderick, "Crucio!" she shouted once... twice... three more times before stopping in her tracks, "there's plenty more where that came from, boys." Her voice was low and raspy, and she looked... well, she looked like a crazy person. She was catching on fire and covered in blood and soot. But she didn't care. This is what she was trained to do. Fight.
Meanwhile, Constance was doing in combat healing and casting Flame-Freezing Charms, making the fire tickle the muggles rather than cause pain. She didn't really get to see Ginny staring down her enemies like an angry lioness about to eat someones heart.

Alright, so it was known that Roderick was doing this out of his own murderous feelings toward those two and out of his faith in Anton to be sure that he was more...streetwise and adept to these spontaneous, out in the open duels. Mind you, Roderick didn't trust easily. He was as mistrustful and wary as a your most irritating miser. He was also cautious and one of those people who thought twice before doing something, especially something reckless. But the thing was, Anton was rather worthy of it, considering that he was powerful and and elusive, and he had been powerful and elusive for many years and was a highly respected Death Eater amongst the ranks of Death Eaters. Rod would acknowledge that much. And anyway, right now he was caught up in the thrill of the moment. Perhaps he would reflect back on it when he felt less caught up in adrenaline and see if he had done anything he needed to improve upon in the future, but right now he was just focused on what was in front of him and the destruction being wreaked from this duel--and, of course, on giving hell to their victims. It was like awaking from a long slumber.
Rod was definitely not used to confronting people on the street and challenging them into a duel. Most of the time he didn't bother to even look at people, and, again, as already said, he wasn't one to walk about in public for him to be seen by unworthy eyes. He kept himself away from the commoners most of the time and spent more time at his home or in his shop. But if that wasn't worse, Anton was going rabid and pretty much trying to set the whole place on fire and blast it into smithereens. Rod thought it was brilliant to cause turmoil and harm to the muggles, but at the same time he was rather in awe of Anton's wild display of power. No wonder why he was viewed as so fearsome and deadly, even to fearless Death Eaters. This was a sure sign of what chaos and confusion he could inflict and his fatal prowess--in fact, this was most likely just part of it. Rod had never witnessed such a thing, for life had been mostly calm for him.
But seeing Anton go full on wild made him figure that he could up his attacks one notch as well. Dueling daintily was part of the past now. Ginny had gained her mobility again and seemed to have the strength to hurl an Unspeakable curse at Anton--this woman was more stubborn than a mule. What was her skin made of; scales? But no matter, Anton could totally deal with that. Constance was busy blabbering something to some muggle, and Rod took that advantage to hurl something at her--in the form of a nonverbal spell. He pointed his wand in her direction Incendio! he commanded in his brain, hoping to light her on fire without her noticing.
He then turned his attention back to Ginny, who was making their way to them. She aimed another cruciatus curse, but this time toward him. However, he was prepared for the possibility of another attack from the cruciatus curse and had already summoned a blasted wall laying nearby toward him with the summoning charm, making it stand in front of him to block the attack. After that, he stepped away from the wall and pointed his wand at Ginny again, rolling his eyes at her taunt. "And you're going to expire soon," he hissed. Rod was going use a nonverbal spell once more. Incarcerous! he cast in his mind, which would bind the victim with ropes conjured from the wand. "Obscuro!" That was meant to cause a blindfold to appear over her eyes, thus obstructing her view of her surroundings. "Crucio!" Like Anton, he said all of this in succession, but it was up to his target to decide whether she didn't get hit or not.

“Now that is more like it Miss Potter!” Anton shouted over the noise. He said as he dodged the cruciatus curses that Ginny had sent at him. She had learned from the last war and that was a good thing. But he wasn’t one to play around either with simple little spells. The ones he had been using were only minor. He wanted to show them that with the most minor of curses he could cause an insurmountable amount of damage and chaos. “Miss Kase it really is a futile case for you to try and save the muggles. Sure they are innocent but what do I care, I hate everyone. Tell me how is your dear boyfriend Mr. Hudson? I might decide to go after him next. Hmm who to go after next? Or better yet I could always go after all of the Potter brats and their friends. I think I might just do that.” Anton was contemplating his next targets while he stood there in the midst of chaos. He saw a group of muggles start running towards an alleyway between two buildings. Well he couldn’t leave witnesses now could he? Oh wait this is Anton we are talking about of course we can but not these ones. “Bombada Maixima!” He said casually. Anton laughed as the two buildings that were on either side of the alleyway blew apart and fell on the muggles that were there. “You see Roderick, you have to choose which people see you and which ones you want dead just for the fun of it. They are at your mercy and must fear you if you are to be effective as a death eater.” Anton informed the young death eater that was near him as if this was all a lesson being taught in class. “Ossa frangere!(breaks bones)” Anton said before the curse shot towards the two women, and While they were busy with that and trying to be all heroic and save the innocent people. Anton turned on the spot and disappeared and then next thing he appeared on the left hand side of the street. But what was different was that he now had Death with him. “Go take care of those muggles Death.” He instructed the grim while pointing at a group of muggles running down the street. Death practically melted into the shadows as Anton watched and not a minute later Death was upon the muggles and tearing them apart. “I guess one thing is for sure grims certainly bring about the death of people. Wouldn’t you say so miss Potter?” Anton asked the redhead from his new location. Anton then waved his wand in a simple manner and cast fiendfyre mixed with the patronus charm something he learned to do in Egypt, and the spell took the form of a grim that was three times the size of a normal grim. This combination of the fiendfyre and patronus charm meant that it was easier to control. Anton pointed his wand at the two women and sent the beast after them. He apparated away once more and appeared next to Roderick. “Let us see how they handle that one.” He said to the young man and watched with a look of glee on his face as his last spell pounced on several muggles killing the instantly before it continued to walk towards the two women burning everything in its path. Ginny didn't necessarily love the idea of being congratulated by a Death Eater, so his comment set her even more on edge. Before she could sass him, however, she was suddenly wrapped up in bindings from an unspoken spell. Incendio, she cast non verbally and the ropes wrapped around her started to burn off and she brushed the ashes away. As the blindfold appeared over her eyes she reached up and ripped to off, baring her teeth at the young death eater before he shouted, "Crucio!" she was too distracted by the burning rope and by removing the blindfold that the spell hit her right in the chest. She collapsed to the ground, searing pain piercing every nerve in her body. But she didn't scream, Ginny wouldn't give them that. She writhed in pain, twitching insanely for a few moments until it past.
As this was happening, Constance was being addressed by Anton. When he mentioned Rob, Constance felt a sick knot turn over in her stomach. She didn't turn to face him as she cast protective charms and made sure a decent amount of the muggles slipped by through the alley before he aimed another bomb at the buildings. Luckily, Constance had cast enough protection charms that most of the muggles mage it through in time, especially since she had granted them extra speed with magic as well. Some muggles were crushed, yes, but not all. Wait, was Anton giving Roderick lessons on being a Death Eater!? Constance whipped around just in time to hear some breaking bones spell come her way. She was a spell damage healer, she'd know a breaking bones spell anywhere. She ducked and rolled, dodging the spell.
Ginny stood from her crucio curse just in time to see some kind of grim attacking nearby muggles. Ginny aimed at Anton, "Sectumsempra!" Now the grim was turning into some sort of firey monster. What in the heck? How was that even possible? Ginny let her jaw drop for a split second, "Constance" She called. Constance seemed to understand and started casting 'agumente' spells upon the creature. It didn't seem to be helping much but Ginny nodded at her to keep going. For, in that moment, Ginny began to make a run toward Roderick and Anton, screaming loudly as she did so.
As Ginny ran, she conjured a sword made of lightning and water, a little trick she'd learned with some help from her brother, George. He made up spells all the time, and so did Ginny. When she was in good range, she hurled the sword at Roderick, conjuring another as the first flew through the air. Electricity and water colliding into a person would cause a lot of electrical burns if it met it's target. Ginny sent out another patronus, and another one, firing shiny horses through the air. The horses disappeared quickly, heading to their location. Her second sword was thrown toward Anton, but by then she was only about six feet away from the men.

@anton @roderick I understand real war is dark, but let's turn it down a notch. I think we've covered muggle slaughter. Let's just focus on the magical folk now. Probably wrap it up soon before it gets absurdly unrealistic on the magic side, haha! Thanks <3

Well, wasn't this different for Roderick. Part of him wondered if he was in a dream, the part that wasn't so crazily caught up in all of this. Not so long ago, he was in his room reading a book. He was an introvert, a private and calmly talented nerd. Purely evil, yes, but so far he hadn't gotten a chance to put that evil into use. While he waited for a chance like this to happen, he was happy to keep to himself and not do much, besides train and practice his spells and whatnot at the side. But now there he was, standing amid all of mayhem. Hell, he hadn't even expected it to come. He hadn't pegged Anton as one for causing trouble right in the heart of a muggle society. But now he knew better not to put anything past Anton Laporte.
What did it feel like to finally get a taste of this craziness? Rod had to admit that at first he was still a bit rusty and more careful than he was into it. No one jumped into something new completely knowing what to do. But, he had been trained for this stuff, and knowing that it was the legendary Anton Laporte beside him, he was adapting. He was getting the hang of it. He was beginning to realize that he liked the destruction, even if he used to think otherwise.
It seemed that Anton personally knew who these two were by the way he was mocking them, but Rod didn't give a fig. He just wanted to fight. He had to admit that the ginger lady was a fierce one. She was the victim, but she definitely was looking like the more ferocious of the two. Rod would rather look more calm and dignified even in the midst of battle, but you couldn't exactly fault the poor lady. After all two crazy Death Eaters just start abusing her and her friend and causing harm to the civilians; of course she would go a bit insane trying to defend herself, her comrade, and these muggles that she loved so much. Even though he was on the opposing side of the whole thing, he could understand. Actually, it was good to understand your enemies. Not understanding them was the dangerous part.
He listened to Anton speaking to him and quickly nodded. Deciding who he was going to be visible to, and who he wanted dead. While that sounded pretty plain, it also had a lot of meaning to it for a Death Eater. Perhaps this was why Anton was making them visible to these two Ministry people--because he knew what he was doing, of course. Rod also knew that he must be the one who his victims feared, and the ones in control. That all sounded desirable. However, there was still a long way to go before Roderick could achieve that absolute power and assured, carefree way of attacking that Anton managed to do, which was why he was the older man's pupil in the first place.
Rod had to watch with respect and awe as Anton summoned the grim that turned three times its size and lit on fire. Where did he get all of this impossible stuff? Rod really would like to know just how Anton knew these things that set him apart from others in prowess. He obviously didn't learn just conventional spells, and Rod hoped to learn all of these things from him.
Sadly the two witches were able to to stop the grim from doing a lot, though. What use was the grim if it could be stopped, just like that? Anyway, there was no time to think too much about the grim, because soon the ginger witch was running toward them. She created these swords made of electricity and water, and again that was something that Rod hadn't seen before. This woman wasn't a bad dueler, not at all. She seemed to be like Anton in that she created spells that were totally nonexistent in the known book of deadly combat spells, whatever that was, not to mention that she'd still held out for this long.
It was being thrown at Rod. His first instinct was to move out of the way, which he did. Sadly, however, he wasn't quick enough, for whatever reason. His luck was up, and the side of the sword touched his arm. The caused him to get electrocuted. Damn it! Just how was he not quick enough? All the swear words that he had learned in his lifetime played in his mind as he let out a scream of pain and fell to his knees, clutching his arm where he had gotten hit.
((I decided to injure him for a plot twist.))

Anton looked around at the destruction that they had caused, or rather that he had caused. It was perfect and right now was the perfect opportunity to do what he had planned on doing. Anton dodged the sectumsempra that Ginny had sent his way. And then Seeing her conjur a pair of swords with lightning one was thrown at Roderick and hit the kid in the arm. Anton watched as the kid fell to the ground in obvious pain. Well that was the cue for Anton to do what he wanted since Ginny Potter was practically in his face now. Anton raised his wand and quickly deflected the sword that was sent at him. “I expected more from the wife of the famous Harry Potter.” He said as he disarmed Ginny and sent the wand over to Constance So that the woman would know that her friend had just been caught and disarmed. The next thing Anton did was cast a full body bind curse on her but made sure that she was still upright and standing and able to talk. “And now for the fun part Mrs. Potter.” Anton said with a sneer. “You know what I am going to do to you? First I am going to tell you something, I am going to go after your kids and kill them, well that is after I torture them for a bit and then I think I will go after the rest of your family, starting with all of the kids and then the adults.” He was taunting Ginny and there was nothing she could do about it. “You see you are not going to remember any of this or your kids or anything for quite some time. Don’t worry about your wand as I sent it to Ms. Kase.” Anton finished before he pointed his wand at Ginny’s head. “This might be painful but what do I care. Et septem ex memoria i cataracta!” Anton said in latin which initiated the curse. There was an audible click and a bright purplish blue light flashed as the spell was cast. Ginny’s memories were now locked from the age of seventeen and on. So all she remembered was her teenage years and her childhood. This woman would have to be in St. Mungos for quite some time until they figured out that they needed to have a very powerful legilimens to unlock those memories. There was a couple of pops just behind where they were standing and so Anton turned around and saw behind them Harry Potter and Rob Hudson accompanied by several other people. “Come Roderick we must be off. Harry Potter enjoy trying to figure out how to restore the mind of your wife.” Anton said before he let the body bind curse go and let Ginny fall to the ground unconscious and then he turned on the spot disappearing into nothingness as he laughed about the situation that he had left Harry Potter. @constancekase @roderick Ginevra Molly Potter

Ginnys confidence reached a high point as her lighting sword successfully met her first target, Roderick. But her smile only lasted a short moment, for Anton blocked her second weapon. She was right in front of him now, "Well, there's more comi-" she stopped mid sentence as her wand came flying out of her hand. Before she could even react, her body was bound together, arms glued to hers sides. She didn't make a sound as Anton spoke to her. Images flashed through her mind- James, Albus, Lily, Harry. Her heart was pounding in her ears and tears were stinging her eyes. She glared, knowing underneath her bindings that her entire body was shaking. Her brothers, her nieces, her nephews. She struggled against the bindings, small whimpering noises escaping her lips involuntarily. But to no avail, she just had to stand there and listen. Wait... wait what did he mean she wouldn't remember this? NO. No. He was going to take her memories. Her memories of her kids, her marriage, her quidditch career. Quickly, she thought of them one by one. @james who was struggling with his patronus and traumatized all while maintaining his brave smile and messy hair. He had met a girl, he said. A girl Ginny wouldn't get to meet at the Quidditch game. A girl who made him happy, which was what he so desperately needed right now. And Albus Severus Potter, her sweet, polite boy who took so much after his father. Trouble always seemed to find him and he had a way of reading people so well. He was so loving to her and understanding of her position as a mother. He had been invited into an exclusive club for excellence in academics and more. That would be good for him-and she would never be able to congratulate him in person. She wouldn't even know who he was. And... Lily. Time seemed to suspend for a moment as the purple light approached her. She really started to cry now, choking sobs caught in her throat as she thought of her baby girl. She didn't even have time to think of Harry, with hair as dark as a blackboard. Constance was still fighting the large firey creature when a wand flew into her hand. She looked down at it and registered whose it was within her mind. She flipped around in time to see Ginny get hit with a body binding curse. For a moment, she couldn't move. She couldn't believe that Ginny Potter was being overpowered at that moment. Her muscles were frozen, her jaw dropped. Too late, her feet started to work and she started running toward Ginny and the two men. She barely even noticed the smell of burning cloth and flesh as the beast followed behind her. She couldn't even feel the pain from its blows. She wasn't even close when the purple light flashed and the spell hit Ginnyhead on. Constance let out a scream, running faster. She heard the popping noises behind her but didn't turn to look. Anton and Roderick were gone and Constance slid onto her knees, lifting Ginny from the ground, and cradling her head in her lap. She switched into healer mode at that point. First, moving to check Ginnys pulse. She's alive, thank God. She gently shook Ginny, not paying attention to the people around her nor the hand on her shoulder. "Ginny, Ginny," she spoke softly, staying as calm and collected as possible. Ginny stirred a little bit but didn't come to. Before Constance knew it, she was in Robs arms and Ginny was passed over to harry. That was when Constance finally let herself cry.
