Abby had a full day of classes that finally just ended. She didn't even stop to invite anyone along with her as she made her way toward the pitch, grabbing her broom and her bat as she did so. She didn't even bother to grab her knee pads, elbows pads, or any other kind of pads. It had been one of those days. No, one of those weeks. So much homework. So much responsibility. She was completely done. School was all up in her space and she wasn't having it. She had manged to snag the key to the box of Quidditch balls off of James a few weeks back and made a copy of it. What? She needed it just as much as he did! Plus, it was easy enough to get a hold of. James wasn't all there mentally when they were snogging in abandoned classrooms...
She stepped out on the pitch and opened the box. There were only two balls that she needed and they struggled against their bindings, "Hi, babies!" she smiled as she released the bludgers into the Pitch, both of them. Soon, she was up on her broom hovering in the air, waiting for the bludgers to come back toward her. As one of them came, Abby smacked it with ease. She hated ease. So, this time, she decided to stand on her broom as she awaited the next one. Balancing wasn't that hard... right?

One of the first things Theodorus had done after arriving was look into the Quidditch team. Quidditch was one pastime he’d been allowed; the only other one involved the few witches he’d known since childhood. He’d been taught to play every position, as the sport also helped train his reflexes and improve his response time. Of the four roles, Beater had always been his favorite. So he’d looked into that spot first. One of the Beaters was good—very good, in point of fact, and looking to go pro. Matt something? But the other one…no. He was decent, for a school team. Decent wasn’t good enough. So Theo had interrupted the Slytherin Quidditch practice and forced a tryout, after which he had taken the spot and benched the loser. It had been fairly boring, honestly—he hardly even put up a fight for his position. And with no bite of challenge, what was the point of even playing? Still, Theo hoped that the matches might give him some excitement. He’d heard that the other teams all had strong competitors, though he’d been quite disappointed to learn that the half-giant brothers he’d noticed were banned from playing due to their natural strength. Restrictions based on power to make the game fair?
He didn’t understand that at all.
But he knew he wanted to play, and for once he wasn’t on a strict schedule that defined when he got to, so for a change of pace, he’d do it in the daylight, not at the edge of sunset when he could barely see the Bludger. He strolled out onto the pitch, two sets of Bludgers in the crates under each arm, an ebony broomstick laid across the crates. And he wasn’t the first one here, either. Theo paused, looking up at the girl, eyebrow raised. She was standing on her broom, sixty feet in the air, trying to maintain her balance even while she prepared to send a Bludger flying. A Beater? Interesting. Theo dropped the crates onto the pitch and placed his hand over the broom, letting it silently jump to him. He mounted the broom and kicked off, rising up to the girl’s height in an instant to get a better look at her. Her form displayed the tight, wiry muscles, the kind that were stronger than their size suggested. Her poise was quite good, though learning to balance on a broom was basically useless. The intense look in her eyes spoke of concentration and willpower. Theo raised an eyebrow, absentmindedly taking hold of his beater’s bat and smacking away the Bludger that had changed course and beelined for him.
“A balancing act? Hardly a fitting challenge for a Beater. I’ve got something better in mind…if you’re up for it, anyway.”
Theo didn’t smile as he spoke. Just because the girl had the look and feel of a competitor didn’t mean she was truly strong. That much…remained to be seen.

Abby cursed loudly as someone talked to her, but she didn't break her concentration. She didn't even look back as the first bludger came around and went for this guy instead, because she knew the second bludger was coming. When it came rushing back toward her, she jumped off her broom, straight up and let it go under her, only to come back around and get smacked hard back across the pitch. She landed on her broom in the normal position and flipped around to face the blonde guy who had so rudely interrupted her acrobatic display.
She had never seen this guy before and she cocked an eyebrow at him, surveying him for a moment before speaking. "Okay, Pretty Boy. What's the challenge?" she said. She hadn't seen him hit that bludger that had passed by her, but she was sure he had hit it pretty well considering it hadn't come back. Yup, this guy had the body build and the confidence of a well trained beater. Then... why hadn't she seen him before? Well, it was possible he had been in her classes all along and just didn't stand out. She didn't really notice people on the sidelines. But, if he was that good of a player...
She knew that every team, except Ravenclaw, had been missing a beater. So, he could have recently been recruited. Still, he couldn't have been the second beater for the Gryffindor team or else Abby would have been at that tryout, considering she was a lone beater at the moment. Nope, he had to be from a different house but she didn't want to take the time to figure it out. She wasn't really one for solving mysterious that could be solved with a simple question. No, she'd just ask him later. After she found out this challenge of his.

She didn’t even wobble when he spoke up, though she had a few choice words to describe having someone suddenly speaking to her in her current position. She dodged the Bludger and smashed it from behind, using the moment when its momentum dropped to nothing as it tried to round on her to hit it with full force. Not bad. Landing on a broomstick and gaining one’s balance that quickly was no small feat. Then she finally looked at him. Theo knew about sizing up the opposition, and he knew that they were both doing that right now, but it had been so long since he’d met new people that it still felt a little odd to him. A good kind of odd though. Life had been boring, not meeting anyone new, never getting to try difficult challenges that weren't just harder versions of things he'd done before. It would seem that the meeting with Elaine and Desirae his first night here had been a good indicator of what life at Hogwarts would be life. For just an instant, Theo wished he’d gotten t come here earlier. But then it passed. If he had wanted to come to Hogwarts, he should have fought for it, and if he’d been strong enough, he would have won the right. He had not.
“Okay, Pretty Boy. What's the challenge?”
Pretty Boy? Theo had always been told he needed to maintain his looks, but frankly he didn’t know or care how pretty he was. The girl in front of him was pretty, he supposed. What got him were her eyes. The spark of fire, the light of challenge. He liked to see that. He held her gaze for a moment, waiting to see if she would look away. Then he pulled his wand from his sleeve and pointed it at the ground, opening the crates he’d left on the pitch. Four more Bludgers rose up into the sky, joining the two that were already closing back in. Theo gripped his broom and leaned forward, jetting twenty feet out to intercept a Bludger. With a guttural growl, he swung his bat, smashing the Bludger straight towards the girl, before leaning backwards quickly, a second Bludger passing by his face so closely that he felt the wind from it. Then he rose into the sky, two more Bludgers in pursuit, but his eyes were tracking the girl, waiting to see how she would respond to the suddenly far more dangerous situation.

Abby kept eye contact with the guy as she waited for him to reveal his little plan to her. Her eyebrow remained raised and her lips were sort of pursed, but her face didn't budge until he moved to pull his wand out. She let her gaze shift to the movement, watching to see what he would do next. She followed the point of the wand to some crates that were on the ground. Had he brought those along? He must have because they weren't there when she came outside. She counted one, two, three, four more bludgers that rose into the air and she immediately tightened her grip on her bat, a large smirk slowly creeping onto her face. So this was the game, huh?
She didn't bother to even watch him as he spend away from her, she just turned around and sped in the other direction toward one of the original bludgers that was coming back around. After about thirty feet she caught up to it and swung at it, hard, back towards the boy. It was a good thing that she turned back to face him when she did though, because it seemed that he had smacked a bludger in her direction as well. She let a free burst of laughter escape her lips. Oh, this was going to be fun. She smacked the bludger he had sent towards her up into the sky and dodged another bludger by less than an inch. It could have been one of the originals, but what did that matter now?
She waited for the bludger that she had just dodged to swing back toward her before speeding toward the sky, one bludger following her, the other soaring high above her. As the one above her turned around to head back for her head she came to a stop. One.... two.... as soon as the bludger behind her had caught up and the bludger in front of her had as well, she smacked both of them with a spin at full speed, sending them both toward the boy.

A feral grin slowly formed on Theo’s face as the girl fought back immediately. The crack as he smacked her Bludger away rang through his arm like the thrum of a piano string, and the clear sound of the girl’s laughter was music to his ears. She knew how to play—and she knew how to enjoy the game. This was something Theo understood, this was as natural as breathing to him. He jerked his broom, slowing his ascent and letting the Bludgers pass him by, then swung his bat and sent one arcing high up. It would take awhile to get back, but when it did, it would be above them and close to the girl’s current position. This was a battle in three dimensions, after all. He dropped downward, letting the other Bludger follow him and watching the girl. A burst of joyous laughter escaped his mouth as he watched her smash two Bludgers toward him at once, before flipping his broom and braking suddenly, both hands gripping his bat. The Bludger that had been following him changed course, attempting to turn to him, which let it hover in the air for a moment. Theo gritted his teeth and tensed his muscles hard.
With a furious roar that could have been heard from anywhere in the stands, he smashed the Bludger with his full strength, sending the ball careening forward, straight at the pair the girl had sent toward him. The Bludgers collided, three of them connecting at the same like, the sound a crack of thunder in a clear sky, and stopped for a moment. They seemed to shiver in midair for a moment, as though afraid of being trapped between these two, before two shot at Theo and the other back toward the girl. He laughed wildly again, the sound echoing across the pitch, happiness in the chaos as a third Bludger closed in on his from the side. Theo spun into a perfect 180 flip, dodging all three at once, and shot off toward the girl, smashing a fourth Bludger out of the way as he used the broom like a javelin to cut her course off. He grinned, waving the bat at her, knowing that now she would get the attention of all the Bludgers due to proximity and would have to follow him if she wanted that attention split once more. “Finally, someone who knows how to play! What’s your name, Little Girl?” he shouted back at her as he dove toward the ground, watching over his shoulder to see how she’d deal with the predicament he’d forced her into.
He had no doubt she had come up with something already.

Abby couldn't deny that this guy was a beast on the pitch. He even roared like one. She couldn't keep a large grin off her face as he let out a laugh just as wild as hers was. He clearly loved the game as much as he did, and appreciated the danger. She watched, unsure as to what he was planning next by sending a bludger into the sky and awaiting another. When the three collided however, his plan was made clear and she let out a loud, "Whoop!" pleased by the sound of the loud crack the balls made when colliding with one another. When the three bludgers hovered for a moment, Abby let out another clear laugh before realizing that one of them had made a decision, coming back toward her.
At the same time, the other bludger that had been sent above her was careening down toward her at incredible speed. Two bludgers headed her way, one from above and one in front of her. She laughed again, but this time his laugh carried through the sky at the same time. She started to speed toward the bludger that was coming toward her from the front, heading towards Theo. When her bat collided with that bludger it went flying away, but suddenly found she was being cut off by the boys broom. She looked up to see the last bludger almost upon them and lifted herself from the broom for a moment to smash it aside. She turned to smile at him as he grinned, waving his bat toward her. It looked like she needed to get closer to him otherwise all bludgers would just focus on her at once. She smirked, now this was a challenge. The way she figured, they wouldn't all come at her at once, she could probably knock them out of the sky one or two at a time. However, if they did all come at once she'd be in big trouble.
When he sped away, asking her name, she let out a snort of laughter, "'Little Girl' works, Pretty Boy!" she waited just a moment, watching all six of the bludgers regain their confidence and turn toward her. She just sat there, waiting as they got closer. Once they were within ten feet she launched full speed toward the guy, planning to pull up at the last second so the bludgers would be headed straight toward him. She was getting closer to him by the second...

“'Little Girl' works, Pretty Boy!”
Theo spun his broom around in midair, slowing it to a stop and watching the girl carefully, his grin subdued but still present, revealing a strip of teeth and two canines just slightly larger than normal, giving him an almost feral appearance, as though he were a wild beast. Which, to be fair, was the safest way to treat him. The girl was paused, waiting in midair as the Bludgers began to close in. For a moment, Theo wondered if she might try to fight them off. He doubted she could—against six at once, he doubted he could, without pulling his wand anyway. But in the next moment, she was diving right at him, and his grin widened. So that was the game plan, was it? His body tensed, grip on his broomstick tightening. If he reacted quickly enough, mirrored her movements, they'd both end up well out of the Bludgers' range for several seconds while the heavy wooden balls attempted to bank around.
And such a feat would deserve a reward.
He watched her approach, eyes raking her figure—watching for any movement to give away her direction. Closer she came, while he waited, body singing with tension...there! Her arms curled in and her head tilted back, and instantly, Theo angled his broom skyward. In the brief period where the girl slid out of her dive, Theo shot upwards as well, his movement mirroring hers, arcing up and around as she angled back upwards. And then they were flying side-by-side, straight up, mere inches apart, the Bludgers left far behind. And Theo's grin was back in full force. “A Slingshot with six Bludgers? I think I like you, Little Girl.” Theo reached out, gripping her chin between thumb and finger, and pulled her face closer even as he leaned in to press his lips to hers. He felt her stiffen at the contact, but then she responded by kissing back. Not something most girls would do. Then again, she'd proven already she wasn't most girls. As they climbed into the sky, he kissed her once, twice, three more times, before releasing her and leaning back. He didn't offer a an excuse for his actions—Theo neither had nor wanted one. All he did was let his wild laughter out again: the thrill of a challenge, the joy of a witch who could handle and even answer that challenge.
Oh, speaking of challenges. Theo looked back down, noticing the Bludgers closing in on them once more. Eyes tracked back to the girl. All of a sudden, Theo was visited by a wild, dangerous idea. Wordlessly, he leaned in to kiss her again—but just as his lips brushed hers, his hand snaked out and yanked the Beater's bat from her grip. Then Theo jumped from his broom.
For a brief moment, he was suspended in midair, almost floating like a cloud. Then he began to fall, right toward the oncoming Bludgers. With another roar that carried across the pitch, he swung both bats down, his weight and strength sending the first two Bludgers careening off in different directions. The third came alone, smacked away almost contemptuously. The last three approaching—no time to think—Theo swatted one to the side, then smashed the next straight down into the third. Once more, the Bludgers stalled as they hit each other, giving the powerful Slytherin the moment he needed to knock both away as he sailed past. HA! He'd done it. Now fifty feet from the ground, Theo continued to freefall, headfirst, watching the pitch eagerly rushing at him.
He could save himself. He had a wand up each sleeve.
But that wasn't any fun.
Theo's laughter rang out once more as he waited to see what would happen.

As Abby neared even closer to him, she could tell that he was watching her intensely. He knew what she was doing, this was clear. However, it was too late too change plans now. As she started to tilt back and head straight into the sky, the guy had done the exact same thing. As they shot skyward, side by side, Abby looked over at him, smirking with a fake glare. They were flying incredibly close to each other and Abby, of course, noticed the physical proximity. She felt a tug in her stomach, yup, she was definitely going to be finding more time to spend with this guy. Before she could respond to his compliment about her 'bludger sling-shot' he was suddenly gripping her chin and pulling her into a kiss.
WAIT, what? Abby was used to springing kisses on people, but not the other way around! She stiffened for a brief second, but it didn't last long. Dang, those lips tasted good. Soon she was kissing him back, fiercely and hungrily. Before she could respond they were kissing again, and again, and a few more times. She instigated one or two of those as well, or at least she felt like she did. Actually, she wasn't really sure where one kiss started and one ended. Too soon, he was releasing her and pulling back. Another one of those crazy laughs came out of his mouth she let a huge grin spread across her face and she laughed too. It seemed, for the moment, that they were just two crazy kids laughing on broomsticks.
Until Theo looked down and she remembered the bludgers. She looked down as well, then looked back up at Theo. "Well, this is awkward-" she started to say until he leaned in to kiss her again and she kissed back whole-heartedly, noticing too late that he had yanked her bat from her hand and jumped off his broom. It all happened so fast that she was left for a moment, with fingertips lightly touching her lips. Oh no he didn't just kiss her as a distraction! Oh. She was going to kill him now.
As he fell towards the bludgers she almost let out a worried yell, but she knew that wasn't going to change anything. She reached out and grabbed his hovering broom, turning around in preparation to toss it to him, but she was too in awe of what she saw to move.
She had never wanted to snog somebody more in her entire life.
She had to snap out of her trance when she noticed he was falling toward the ground, not even bothering to call his broom. She was almost worried until she heard his laughter ring back around the pitch. She sped downward, glad that the bludgers were momentarily scattered an distracted. Within seconds she was right next to him, "You're insane, you know that?" she said with a happy smile, "But yet, so am I," she flipped around in order to kick his hand hard enough that one of the bats came flying out of it. She caught it in the air and threw his broom a few feet ahead of the direction he was falling, letting it float on it's own as he continued to fall. "Good luck!" she smirked as she sped back up toward the bludgers.
He would be able to land on the broom, right? He was fine. She had to get to those bludgers in order to send them back to him. She sped of toward a duo that seemed to be doing the tango with one another and called to them, "Come to mama!" she laughed.

Then she was beside him, his broomstick in her hand. He grinned at her as though she were dinner. He half expected her to just dive down to his rescue, a situation that he wouldn’t have minded much, if he were honest with himself. But she showed herself once again to be calm and cool-headed, bringing his broomstick down with her. “You’re insane, you know that? But yet, so am I!” A foot lashed out, heel connecting with the back of his hand, forcing the beater’s bat from his grip to spiral into the air. “Good luck!” Theo smirked at her as she took off, then spun around and reached out for his broom, grabbing hold and pulling it back under him. He pulled hard…and managed to even out so close to the ground that his knees were skimming grass. Close one. He glanced back, seeing the girl approach a pair of Bludgers, while two more were approaching him from either side. He pulled futher back, moving into an accelerated vertical ascent, rising back up until he was well above the pitch. Then he slowed down as the two Bludgers approached. Wait for it…wait for it…Just before his rib cage would be caved in by the force of taking a Bludger to either side, gravity took over for the broom, and Theo fell below the powerful strike.
Now he was diving down toward the girl again, dodging Bludgers calmly despite the speed he moved at. While he was still having fun, dodging Bludgers wasn’t quite on his mind anymore. No, his mind was on mocha skin and freckles and hungry lips and whipcord muscles. He smacked one more Bludger away, almost with contempt, as he slowed to a stop in midair beside her and raised the hand she had kicked up, grinning. “You wanting to get physical, Little Girl?” His voice came out quiet, rumbling, but he was close enough that he had no doubt she heard him. Then he was off again, diving down to the ground, dodging another Bludger and leveling out near the crates he’d dropped off earlier. Theo hopped off his broom and pulled his wand out, tapping the crates, which responded by opening up and drawing their Bludgers back down to them. Four loud thunks later, and only a single pair remained in the sky. One flew down toward him, and Theo wound up. On the ground, he could use both hands on the bat, as well as the full strength of his body, to smash the iron ball with far more force than he could on a broomstick. It sailed out far enough to pass the goalposts.
Theo looked up, grinning at the girl on her broomstick. He dropped the beater’s bat on the ground beside him and raised his arms to his side in challenge. Theo wasn’t stupid. He knew most people were unnerved by his personality. Even those who had known him for years sometimes treated him like a ticking time bomb. And in some ways, maybe he was. But this girl was different. She seemed to be on the same wavelength that he was on. So he didn’t say anything. He didn’t think he would need to. If he could read her, could tell what she was doing on her broomstick, he was willing to bet she could read him too. So he let his challenge out silently, in his posture, his raised arms, his feral grin. Here’s another challenge, Little Girl. Accept it, or back down.
But he already knew what she would do.

The two bludgers Abby had been taunting sped toward her and she whacked them aside without any real sense of direction. Suddenly Theo was beside her she turned to him just in time to hear his low, growl-like comment. She coked an eyebrow at him but before she could respond he sped off again, diving toward the ground. She didn't move more a moment as she watched him land and dismount. Awe, was the fun over already? But no, no she knew that a whole new fun was about to start. She had sort of been losing interest in the bludgers since that first kiss he had planted on her while they were side by side only moments ago. And that comment... "You wanting to get physical, Little Girl?" She didn't know this guy, but she was positive that she was about to.
She started to slowly head towards him, until she noticed the bludger headed for him. "Hey look ou-" for some reason she started to warn him until the bludger made contact with his bat and well, that bludger was long gone. At least for now. That meant there was one more up there. Abby turned away from Theo for a moment, waiting, until the last bludger sped toward her. She smacked it hard and it went sailing through the other goalposts. There. Now they were even. Wait...She turned around to face him again to see him dropping his bat on the ground and raising his arms to his side. That smile...
She shook her head and let her own untamed smile cross her lips. This was a whole new game. She took her sweet time heading down to the ground where he was waiting for her. Once there, she gently laid her bat and broom on the grass beside them. She looked up at him through her eyelashes, a wild look in her eyes. Challenge accepted, she thought as she took one, two, three slow steps toward him until she was standing inches from him. She leaned in as if she was going to kiss him, letting her lips gently brush his for a moment before speaking, "Come with me," she said, her right hand slipping into his left, the one she had kicked, and pulling him back toward the bleachers.

Theo chuckled quietly when the girl sent the other one flying off in the opposite direction. Seemed like she had an answer for him at every turn. Not that he minded, but it was definitely a new experience. Part of him wanted to draw his wand on her as she landed and see how she handled herself in a duel. But that would have to wait. Right now, Theo had other ideas in mind where this girl was concerned. A duel would have to wait for later. She floated down at a leisurely pace, but he could see her smile from here. It was like his grin, animalistic, primal. And it succeeded only too well in capturing his attention. His hands curled and uncurled instinctively, but he waited as she landed beside him, putting her bat and broom on the ground and giving him a look that could start a fire. Every instinct was telling him to grab hold of this girl right now, but Theo merely fisted his hands again, waiting to see what would happen, keeping his piercing blue eyes locked with hers. It felt like an eternity before she moved in, lips ghosting his own. He could feel her hand seek his and he unclenched it so she could take hold.
“Come with me.”
He hadn't needed to hear that to know to do it, but the husky quality to the voice was velvet to his ears, and he said nothing, following her as she led him up into the stands. Theo was very attuned to his senses, and this girl was appealing to all of them. Once they reached the stands, he released her hand, quickly stepping up behind her. Theo's right arm went around her waist, while his left crossed over her, shoulder to shoulder, and he just stood there for a moment. Touch was always a strong thing for Theo. Touch, and taste, and sight, were his preference to words. Perhaps he was more of a beast than a man. But this was the first time he'd encountered a woman who seemed to walk that same invisible line between human and animal. If they were to step off this line, he wondered—would she choose human, or animal? ….and what would he choose, in this situation? Curious, curious.
After a moment, his left hand unwrapped itself from her shoulders. Theo ran his thumb around her jawline softly, back and forth in a rhythm matching his breathing, trained to be as calm and steady as a war drum. Slowly, he coaxed her head to the side, tilting it back, so that he could lean over her right shoulder and reach her lips with his own. Their brief kisses and teases from before were nothing compared to now. No Bludgers or people to bother them, no reason to stop. His left hand traced her collarbone now, and he wondered what her skin would taste like, if it tasted as good as her lips did, or even better.

How much time had passed?
Theo couldn't be sure. Not that it really mattered much to him. Even if he did have somewhere he was supposed to be, he'd never have gone. From the moment she flew down to him, he wasn't interested in anything else. But he knew some time had passed—the sky was far darker than it had been. The girl was in his lap now, as he reclined in the stands with her. He'd answered at least one of his questions—there were two marks on her neck that she'd never pass off for bruises, and her skin did taste good. But honestly, this might be almost as good. Sitting together in silence, curled up, simply enjoying one another's presence, was a new experience for Theo. He liked it. Most of the girls he knew had to fill the silence with a lot of talking, but not this girl, at least, not right now. He knew they would have to talk soon though. Hogwarts had a lot of rules, and two students couldn't just stay out alone in the bleachers until it got dark. And while he didn't particularly care about following the rules for their own sake, he wasn't interested in getting thrown out.
Especially when getting thrown out would separate him from someone so...in tune...with him.

When they reached the stands, Abby wasn't that surprised with the way he wrapped himself around her from behind and held her for a moment. It was almost as if her body was planning the same thing, even though she wasn't planning anything at all. They just moved together, or were still together-flawless and free flowing like a well oiled machine but without practice. As his right arm wrapped around her waist, she placed her right arm over his, clasping his hand against her side. With her left, she held still at her side for a moment while they stood still.
When he started to move again, so did she tilting her head as he led her toward his lips. She didn't realize how much she wanted to be kissing them until she was there, and then it was almost as if she couldn't imagine doing anything else. The kiss was completely different that the ones before, and her left hand reached up to tug a little on his blonde hair. There wasn't much room for wondering after that, at least not when it came to the taste of his lips, his skin and the way they moved together as if they had been thirsty their entire lives and they had finally found their source of water.

After who knows how long, Abby and the Pretty Boy were reclined in the stands, comfortably tangled up in each other. Abby glanced up toward the skies and noticed it was quite a bit darker that it had been since she started flying this afternoon. Not that she really cared how much time had passed, but it was still kind of amazing to her. Abby had snogged a lot of guys, and kissed even more-but this was an entirely new experience. She had never kissed someone that she didn't have to boss around. Even with James, okay no, especially with James she often had to tell them when someone was working for her or when she was just bored. But this... were words even necessary anymore?
Not too mention how rare the stillness of the current moment was. Usually Abby had her way with a guy and then left without even time to say goodbye. So, then why was she sitting here still? Unmoving and... not wanting to? She let more time pass. And then some more. She didn't want to say anything, she didn't even need to. She found herself curling even closer to him, taking in the way he smelled. Her fingers were clutching the front of his shirt, and hadn't uncurled for quite some time.
Then it started getting even darker, and she had to break the silence. She groaned a little and turned her face toward his, "Tell me your name," she said firmly before stealing another quick taste of his lips and chuckling a little.

One arm was wrapped around the girl's shoulders, while the fingers on his other hand idly traced up and down her arm. Theo wondered when the last time was that he'd just been able to stop. Relaxing was never an option of his for long. Even eating meals was like work, growing up. Everything he ate was calculated to help raise his strength and maintain his body. He was allowed to rest his body, but he learned magical theory and history during this time. He'd had a few stolen evenings with some of the pureblood daughters who came around to the Nott estate, but the last one had been months ago. And while he didn't make it nearly as far with this girl, Theo knew he'd clicked here and now more than he ever had before. He'd never cared about sticking around a girl for more than physical pleasure. The closest thing he'd ever done had been talking with Aurora Lestrange, and as he'd been engaged to her, he'd felt a sort of obligation to get to know her. She was an interesting person, and attractive besides, but frankly, he'd not seen himself ever sitting with her like this. It was...nice, he had to admit. And he didn't feel the need to accelerate things, for once.
If this was his father's idea of laziness, Theo figured he could use it in moderation.
The shadows had deepened further still when the girl finally spoke up. “Tell me your name.” It was a command, not a request, not that he minded. Her lips on his were just incentive. And he understood it, even without her saying it. He wanted to see her again too—wanted to be able to find her, if necessary. “Theodorus Nott. Most people call me Theo.” The Nott family was not particularly popular in the general wizarding world, but it would be worse. His grandfather had been a Death Eater—well, in truth, all of his grandfathers had been—but his father had not once lifted his wand to aid the Dark Lord, nor had be followed Draco Malfoy's lead during school, so if there was a 'Death Eater family' that was tolerated, it would be the Notts. “Slytherin Beater, if you were wondering.” She was. He could feel her curiosity, but she didn't seem bothered by his last name or his House so much. Then again, he'd heard from a few people that the Houses weren't so divided anymore. Slytherin was still the most standoffish, but it was a shadow of the old hatred. Theo knew all about how Slytherins and Gryffindors were supposed to be enemies, just like he knew purebloods were better than halfbloods and muggleborns. And in both cases, he felt a sort of detachment about the whole thing. He tried to respect the blood purity, but he never was able to put stock in anything besides the strength of others.
He shifted her up higher with his arms. The girl was heavy with muscle, weighing more than the dainty little pureblood girls he'd always known. They were all dangerous, of course, but someone who didn't rely completely on their magic was always more appealing. Even so, he moved her without effort, lifting her higher. He lowered his head, brushing lightly against her lips. “Now tell me yours.” Theo trailed light kisses and playful nips along her jawline, all the way to her ear, where he siezed the lobe with his teeth—not hard, but enough to get her attention. He liked getting reactions out of her. Her responses tended to be a reprisal, as though every time he hit the right spot, she wanted to hit right back. He released her ear, dragging his lips back along her jaw to meet with another quick kiss. And when he spoke, their mouths were so close together their lips brushed together with every word. “You taste good.”

Nott, Nott... she knew that name. He was most likely from a full-blooded family and she had heard the name in History of Magic or something. The problem was that class was the most boring class ever and she couldn't recall any details about his family if her life depended on it. "Theo," she muttered, letting the name roll off her tongue and making herself familiar with it. "Gryffindor Beater," she replied to his comment, referring to herself. She was indeed wondering why he was so good with a bat, of course, and he seemed to know that. She didn't care that he was a Slytherin, big deal, right? She judged people based of who they were. Not what they were or what they did-at least not most of the time. In this case, the house didn't really matter to her at all. Heck, he could've said his last name was 'Voldemort' and she might not even care. No, not at this point in time. All she cared about right now was the incredibly amazing day that she was having.
As he shifted, she just moved a little toward the direction he was leading her. As his muscles flexed she felt herself biting her lip a little bit as she felt them against her. As he brushed his lips against hers she smiled against his words. Now he wanted her name, but did he actually expect her to talk after what he did next? Chills ran up her spine as he made his trail of bites and kisses up her jawline. She tightened her grip on his chest and used her other hand to grip his side, near his rib cage. She let out a slight moan as he bit her ear, which transformed into a laugh. She tightened her grip on his side even more and pulled her body even closer to his, if that was even possible. "Theo..." she knew his name now, and she could say it any way she wanted. She was definitely going to use that to her advantage and often. In Abbys opinion, hearing your own name come out of someones lips was one of the best pleasures on this earth.
Soon his lips were on hers again, taking their sweet time getting there too, which was fine. She smirked as he complimented her taste, "Hmm... I'm not sure if you've earned my name yet," she joked against his lips as she made a quick little bite at his bottom lip before kissing him once again. "I'm Abby," she finally offered before gently moving her lips back to his neck and making that their home for a moment.
Okay, so now it really was getting late. Actually, she had no idea what time it was. It was still just light enough that she was sure they weren't breaking curfew, but they were cutting it awfully close. She groaned again in annoyance at the sun going down and bended her neck, burying her face underneath his chin. "If it wasn't going to get us expelled I'd just suggest we stay here but..." she frowned and lifted up, forcing her body to pull away from his. Every inch that she pulled away from him made her feel like she was leaving a part of her behind on his skin, in his arms. Soon she was sitting up straight, still mostly on his lap. She took a moment to just stare at him, possibly glaring a little. Then she lifted her hand and gave him two quick light smacks on the cheek, "Come on, Pretty Boy," she started to pull away a little only to lean down quickly and kiss him firmly on the lips one more time.
