Matt's a bit unsure about the future. @open Date: 06/13/2025 | Matt had no idea what to think about what had happened. There was a lot of... he wouldn't praise them by calling it bravery, but whatever it was it took a lot to attack the Quidditch Finals. Plus now with the Minister gone... Matt was in as much shock as anyone about what happened, well except for the Minister's family. It was a shock that people in the Ministry would feel for awhile. What didn't help was his dad being injured in the attack and having to retire due to his injuries. That was something Matt really didn't like thinking about, as he'd wanted to avoid having a personal vendetta against the Purifiers. Now though it seemed like he had no choice. His dad's injuries drew his attention, despite his mother's killer still being out there. Might he be allied with the Purifiers? Either way this was not something he wanted to dwell on, as he wandered through Diagon Alley. Sitting down on a bench, Matt took a deep breath, continuing to reflect on what he knew. He then ran a hand through his hair, his long-sleeved button up shirt worn with the sleeves rolled up, paired with slacks, a belt, and dress shoes. His internship as an Auror gave him all the need to dress up, but he still had a lot to consider when it came to time off. That though was almost non-existent now since the Purifiers attacked. Sighing, Matt looked skyward and tried to let the sky clear his mind. There was so much about what was going on that had him thinking about anything and everything under the sun, and he needed to relax, not overload. The problem was his mind was one that liked to focus on anything and everything just for the sake of overloading. Chuckling, he shook his head and looked around, noting that someone was approaching him. multiply life by the power of two |
