Ever since the quidditch finale had gone completely wrong, Argentum had this itch in the back of his skull. It was almost like he'd sustained an injury there that had opened up his mind. It felt like a piece of his skull was missing. He absently scratched the back of his head for a moment as he attempted in vain to push the sensation away. He knew better by now. It didn't work.
He'd been trying to read up on charms, since he'd fallen behind on homework a little but his frustation grew with every page. Had Aura moved his booklet around? It didn't seem like something that she'd do, even less so to spite him. They just didn't do that when it came to school and studies. Yet every time he attempted to start off in the book, he found it to be familiar, as if he'd read it before. It was highly frustrating. He grumbled as he flipped yet another page, finding himself at the end of the chapter he could have sworn he hadn't read yet. Oddly, this wasn't the first time that had happened either since the accident.
For a moment Argentum leaned back in his chair, closing his eyes to better search his memories. He was usually far too busy for that. Yet as he digged through his mind he started to slowly realise not all memories were his own. He opened his eyes as he suddenly felt a little uncomfortable. While the memories he had seen were of him, they were not from his perspective. He decided to try something. Hey Aura.... He mentally thought out loud, for as far as that was possible. Have you noticed anything weird lately? He glanced over at his sister, his breath catching the moment he heard her voice in his mind, but did not see her lips move. It seemed that their connection as twins was taking on a whole new dimension.
