School Year 1998: Dead people seem to be coming back to life, their last memories and bodies of those from a year ending in 7. They show up randomly where they died. Heroes and villains alike, causing chaos to erupt in the wizarding world.
A group led by Harry Potter convinced the ministry to pass the 'Second Chances Program', where those who have come back would be allowed to live a fairly normal life, attend school and the like. People who were once criminals, death eaters and the like would be assigned a handler to keep them in line and make sure they didn't make the same decisions as they had in the past.
Come join us as a survivor of the Battle of Hogwarts, or perhaps someone who has come back to life. The choice is up to you - and what happens to these people is in your hands.
