overall personality:
Orion has a good head on his shoulders. He doesn’t tend to react to things in an irrational manner. His response to situations may seem childlike or petty, but it was certainly thought though. He feels like he has to think things through because of his ailment (his blood doesn't clot properly). Getting hurt wasn’t fun, especially when things always ended up being worse than the average person. Spending time in the hospital or the hospital wing at school isn’t new to him. And as he has grown, he finds that he would much rather make his brother feel better during that time, than sulkin the pain or inconvenience of it all. Orion and his twin Ocean share everything. The only items that he truly considered to be his own are his wand, staff, and violin. Everything else is theirs.
Orion grew up with strangers telling him what he could and couldn’t do in his own house. His mother, when she went back to work, did what she could to give them everything that they needed, and could want, so why did the nannies think that they could tell them “no” when they wanted to play with their stuff? That was why he started to plot and plan ways around these “nanny imposed rules”. And as time passed, he had gotten quite good at getting them to quit one after another. It was easy, little things like misdirection. One twin would get them to look one direction while the other got away, or snuck something into their pocket, or down their shirt. Orion learned that people were simply toys for he and Ocean to play with. This remains true, with some exceptions. Around his 5th year, Orion started to open to a few friends. Those he stopped seeing as toys, and more as actual humans. Though, that doesn’t mean that his friends don’t get messed with sometimes.
The boy feels most comfortable with his brother at his side. Depending on the other him, came second nature. And that wasn’t a habit that he wanted to break any time soon. In times of higher stress, physical contact with his twin always made him feel better.

history:
As a young seamstress, Andromeda wished to become a designer. She drew up her ideas and tried sending them to reputable fashion houses, in hopes of “being discovered.” But she had another hope and dream, to marry and start a family with her beloved River. This was realized, and like a dream, they started to make a home. She received word that she could finally be a designer, but now her life was so great on Hy-Brasil, why would she leave? But around this time, Andromeda’s beloved River died from some unforeseen tragedy. Family and friends alike greaved along with the young widow. No one blamed her for leaving. She left for London, where she started working and designing clothes. It wasn’t long after that when she realized that she was pregnant.
Carrying her child, Andromeda continued to work. At the time, on a June day, she entered St. Mungo's. When the child came out, she named him Ocean, in relation to her dearly beloved. She was surprised when another, smaller boy arrived, naming him Orion. She taught her boys the ways of the Druid, and the language of her people. Even at a young issue, doctors felt concerned about Orion’s size and health. It was soon discovered that he had a condition that he would live with for the rest of his life
From an early age, he was treated like a porcelain doll. And as the two boys grew up, their mother’s career really took off. She started being home less, thought that was not what she wanted. She couldn’t let him go to a day care of sorts, she was much too afraid that they wouldn’t understand. If he started bleeding, it was quite difficult to stop it. Any little scrape could turn into a hospital visit. So, she provided the boys with anything they could need or want, and hired a nanny to watch after them and to keep them safe. She explained the complications and left for her work. As time passed the boys played together, and soon found it fun to mess with the nanny. This led to a string of nannies, each leaving sooner than the last. Orion figured out new ways to scare them off, or to mess with them. He hated being told what to do. Strangers would come in, be nice while their mother was there, and then continually tell him what he couldn’t do. Why couldn’t he fly on the child safe broom. True, they only told him what not to do, because he wanted to do it. But being told “no” just made him want to do it more. Some tried to redirect, or bribe, which worked occasionally. But making them run out screaming was just too much fun. And as he grew, he hated being treated like an invalid child.
Whenever she could, Andromeda would take her children to Hy-Brasil to take part in the festivals and rituals. It was fun to go to where you had learned so much about. And the people spoke the same two languages. They met all sorts of new family and friends. All his childhood, Orion had one friend. This one friend looked just like him, Ocean had always been there, everyone else came and went. Most of the nannies didn’t even bother to try to tell them apart. Their own mother struggled sometimes.
The time finally came, when Orion received his letter for Hogwarts. Going to school was a new experience. Suddenly it wasn’t just the two of them. There were many who were the same age. But he quickly learned that the other kids didn’t speak both languages that they had grown up with. It became easy to have a private conversation. Most of their years were set with them sticking with each other, not really opening up. He had regular trips to the hospital wing, other than that, he stuck close to his brother.
It wasn’t until fifth year that the boys started to open up to a small select few. They still shared everything, choosing to stay close with each other. But their ways were still set. Most everyone else was simply a means to and end. Many times just a play thing to amuse them for a short time. They played a game to see who could tell the boys apart, though Orion knew that no one would be able to do that. He and Ocean were identical after all.
site events reaction:
Being stuck in his own world, Orion didn’t pay too much attention to the events happening around them. Why loud, and sometimes tragic, it didn’t involve them, and so, why should they care. When the barrier went down on Hy-Brasil, they all heard the news. But nothing could be done, he was at Hogwarts, not Hy-Brasil.
