It was very common for druids to be able to turn into animals. While Orion had become a monkey Ocean had found himself in a very different shape. Supposedly people usually turned into the animal their patronus was, he'd found that not to be true. Not that such a thing would have been good since his patronus was actually a runespoor so he'd been very curious what he'd be as animal. It wasn't that he had anything particular in mind but he found himself expecting to be a monkey just like his brother for the first time. His mirror image had told a very different story. Now lately he'd had a classmate share a video with him of a raccoon riding a small bicycle. Since Ocean actually turned into a raccoon he had mentioned to people he was indeed very partial to the little creatures and well, he wanted to know if he could ride a miniature bike. It was summer and he'd dragged Orion (not that it took much effort) into one of the rooms with a small bike adjusted for his raccoon legs in order to see if the video was real or not.
He'd transformed into a raccoon and low and behold! He actually could ride a bike in this body. The new possibilities and terrors this unleashed were endless. He grinned his toothy grin at his brother. Sometimes he was a little worried about accidentally hurting his brother while transformed, though that was mostly due to him having done some research and knowing his teeth were sharp. He'd tested it on one of the last nannies before their mother figured they were probably old enough (at seventeen) to stop needing nannies to watch them during summer. While it had gotten better since some of the nannies actually left them to their devices they still enjoyed making them suffer. Well it seemed that was over at long last now they were able to use magic outside of school without getting in trouble with the ministry. Stupid rules anyway.
Ocean transformed back into a human and grinned at his brother. "Who would have known? Raccoons actually can ride a bike." He stated, only slightly surprised. This was amusing knowledge. Who knew when it'd come in handy.
