Inhale, exhale inhale exhale. The music of the forest filled the air. Though quieter than before, still, it was the sound of home. Fiona placed her naked foot on a stone, followed quickly by the next. The girl crouched low, watching some young horned serpents slithering around the pooled area. These little guys were still quite young, and weren't ready to venture far, but soon they would grow. Wish a calm smile on her face, she let her one finger break the surface of the water and rub the head on one of the small creatures. She gave a giggle as the creature was startled by such an unfamiliar action.
"Don't be afraid little one" She cooed. The forest, along with the river that she had half way crossed started to grow dark. This didn't worry the girl. But she didn't stay too long there. Unlike most days, she had plans for this evening. Normally the girl let her emotions and mood guide her, going down whatever path simply felt right. While having a plan was one thing, Fiona would never be one to take a direct path. The girl moved along, crossing the second half of the small river, hopping gently onto the dirt floor. The girl mused her way through the Wildwood of Hy-Brasil, her home. The fading light posed no ill effect on her movements. She knew where she each foot should go, pausing as a small family of Jarveys crossed her path, speaking a few absurdities as they did. With a giggle, Fiona continued her way.
In time, the girl made her way to. Before long, the girl could hear the thundering sound of centaur hoofs pounding the ground. Seemed as if she was right on time. The girl made her way through the thicker brush into the clearing. She greeted the clan, each by name as she approached. She looked up to the clear sky "Lovely twilight, it appears that we'll be able to watch the stars all night." As the light slowly faded, the night sky started to come into view. The girl wasn't tired in the least. She had been looking forward to this all day. Now she can spend the night doing what she loved, watching the stars with those who did it so well.
It didn't take long for the centaur clan and the young druid girl to settle down and start watching the stars and planets continue in their astral dance. Her mischievous eyes were filled with stars as her face raised up to the heavens. The only soft conversation were soft observations of the sky and what each alignment meant, in what sort of context.
