We never sleep, in California, we're dreaming ”Do you think they’ll let me get firewhiskey?” Ozzy asked in a loud whisper. Monday had just returned with butterbeer for the three. It was the best bet, considering Ozzy was legally not old enough to order anything alcoholic. But he’d never say no to a butterbeer either. His trademark grin crept onto his face. ”I’m kidding, relax.” He added, looking at Charlie and Monday like they were, in fact, the crazy ones. Ozzy knew very well they would never let him drink a drop before he was of age.
Drinking a large amount of butterbeer at once, Ozzy wiped his mouth with the back of his sleeve. The school year was due to begin soon. Since both his sisters had graduated, Ozzy felt he didn’t see them nearly as often as he used to around the school halls. Even when he’d spent a year at Ilvermorny, Monday had remained behind to begin her internship. Not being able to annoy her in the Gryffindor Common Room had saddened him slightly, not that Ozzy wasted any time finding some other distraction for himself. ”Mo—I keep forgetting to ask—are you working on 7 for 7? Because if I can meet some pro quidditch players like Millie Dawes or Mickey McLaggen…” Ozzy paused in a rare moment of speechlessness. ”You won’t have to get me a Christmas present for like five years.” A large and hopeful grin appeared on his face. If this ever were to occur, Ozzy knew all his friends would die of jealousy.

August 30, 2028 As the youngest Weekly sibling, Ozzy still had a few things to learn about subtlety. Asking if he thought he would be permitted to get firewhiskey when he was barely fifteen was something that should have happened before they went out, if at all, though Monday knew that their parents would kill them both—especially her, as the eldest—if they thought she was going to entertain the idea of allowing her baby brother to do anything against the law. Then again, butterbeer, by virtue of its name, probably wasn't the most vegan beverage option. Some sort of pumpkin juice with an alternative sweetener would have been their mother's preference.
Monday had just shot her brother a look as she set down the round of butterbeers at their table, when Ozzy grinned mischievously. "I’m kidding, relax," he urged her and their sister Charlie.
"Ha ha. Very funny." Monday rolled her eyes and sat back down, grateful that she had a wand to keep from spilling the three drinks before they ever arrived back to their intended destination.
"Mo—I keep forgetting to ask—are you working on 7 for 7?" Ozzy wondered, referring to the Quidditch television series that was sweeping Witch TV. "Because if I can meet some pro Quidditch players like Millie Dawes or Mickey McLaggen…" There it was: the catch. "You won't have to get me a Christmas present for like five years."
Laughing slightly, Monday looked back and forth between her siblings. "I've been doing some work on The Former Real Housewives of London lately," she explained, which was about as far from professional Quidditch as anything on Witch TV got. Some of those women would have made tough Quidditch players, though, honestly. Even the parts of the show that didn't get aired were wild; it wasn't just played up for the cameras. "But—" She, too, paused. "I'll see what I can do. As long as you keep your grades up this next semester and promise to stay out of trouble." She and Charlie had gone to school with some people at Hogwarts who had gone on to play Quidditch professionally, so she could probably reach out to one of them.
