Renfri knew she'd be finding new tattoos on him for quite some time, not that she was complaining. She wanted to start asking about each one, but felt there wasn't nearly enough time in the evening for him to share the story behind each one. But if things went well? Well, they'd have plenty of time for that later.
She turned her head a little, so her chin was resting on his shoulder, smiling and her nose crinkling just a touch as their noses touched. "I'd love to see that someday. Sounds fun." She teased. She wouldn't deny sometimes turning into her jaguar form when drunk, but usually when Jasper was around. Because he was also a big cat. They were a destructive pair when drunk, as you'd be dealing with two drunken big cats. But flying sounded much harder.
His next words sent a shiver down her spine. She leaned into the kiss. Just like before, the sensation seemed magnified by the mushrooms coursing through her body. After a moments of blissful kissing, she shifted, rolling on top of him and bracing herself with one hand. It wasn't the easiest maneuver one handed, but she made due. A few stray blonde hairs fell from her shoulders, brushing against his chest. She met his gaze as she was over him. "Don't tempt me, I might not give you back," she breathed, before kissing him forcefully.

Being drunk and attempting to fly was not the best idea he had had over the years. Though he had done it. If he remembered right, he ended up flying head first into a tree. But honestly, that memory was quite hazy. Being intoxicated also meant that it was harder to since and feel the wind current, which was needed to fly. It came naturally to birds, but alcohol seemed to considerably dim those instincts.
She moved herself onto him, as she did, he kept his arm around her, mostly to help stabilize the side where she couldn't use her arm. He had meant it, and she had threatened not to give him back, with his lips curling up he accepted her forceful kiss, pushing back ever so slightly. He moved his arm from around her waist down to her leg, the other hand mirroring the movement, gripping them tightly he started to push back on the kiss. After a passionate moment their lips parted, if only just, breathlessly he whispered. "then don't" Forcing another kiss onto her. He had meant it. Though he knew that they both had responsibilities. But for tonight, for this moment nothing else mattered. It was clear that this wouldn't be the last night they would spend together, and every night he could, he intended to be hers, as he hoped that she intended the same.
As their passions started to rise once again, no words needed to be exchanged in their moment of love. Ri pushing against her body. There came a loud banging at the door. Aggravated at the interruption, Ri moved an arm from her body, reaching down to a throwing dagger, he chucked it, the sharp metal thunked on the door, perfectly in the upper middle section, the one that had a number of marks from a similar action (though a different reason). How dare, who ever it was, interrupt him. "The port is in site, we'll be docking soon" came the response. All Ri did, was to move her hair from her face as he force another kiss onto her lips.

Renfri didn't want to admit that she needed help, but his silent assistance was much appreciated. Being the stubborn, independent woman she was, she often wasn't willing to accept offered help. But Ri hadn't made any comments about her... disability. He'd accepted it in stride, without any questions or doubts. That was nice. Not... feeling she was broken. She leaned into this touch, kissing him hard until he broke the kiss. She grinned at his words, but before she could respond his lips were upon hers again.
They were almost lost in the moment as they kissed, the world fading around them as they focused on just each other. Then, there was that knock. The kiss broke, but Ri didn't push her off. Instead he reached blindly for something off the bed. There was a loud thunk, and her head turned to see what he'd thrown. It was a dagger. Clearly it wasn't the first time he'd done it either, from the marks on the door. She turned her head back to him, opening her mouth to comment but stopped when she felt his hand, brushing her hair away, then pulling her down into another hungry kiss. Immediately she kissed him back, using her current position on top of him to push hard into the kiss. The warning of port was probably meant to remind Ri he had a... guest, but neither seemed to care at the moment. They could find some place quiet after a little more fun...

Ri had a rough past, mostly because of this, he found that it was best not to judge people because of it. Had he done bad things? Yes, did he still do bad things? Yes. But that wasn't what this was about. Renfri and Ri were just that, they were them, together, no judgments. His focus was solely on her, hungry for more. That was, until they were rudely interrupted.
Blindly throwing the dagger, not wanting to let his eyes leave her, he knew that he had hit. He had worked hard to be that good. But surprised by the sound, Renfri had looked to see what he had done. But that moment didn't last long. Words were lost as they devoured each moment. With her having the higher ground she was pushed further down, and let it, while still pushing back on her.
-we all know what happened next-
Some time after the warning, the ship had made dock. Word was moved though the ship that they had made port and would be staying there for the evening. Another nock came to Ri's door. He had a guest, and she would have to get off. Holding her in his arms he breathlessly sighed. He knew the part, it was the same one they had been at earlier. "There's an inn not far from here." He said looking at her, not wanting to part just yet.

They were having a very hard time keeping their hands off each other. it was intoxicating, to want and be wanted so intensely. Sure, there was much more to this than just sex, but it was a very good start to whatever this might develop into.
Her head was starting to clear up a bit, the affects of the alcohol and mushrooms beginning to wear off. It was a shame, she'd liked how everything had felt when high. But knowing how things were going? She was sure that wouldn't be the last time. She lay next to him, exhausted and eyes closed. She could lay there forever, given the chance. Alas, there was that second knock on the door, and then he was speaking, mentioning an inn. Renfri opened her eyes and lifted her head a little. They could do that, though getting a room this late might be a bit difficult. A thought came to mind and she knew they weren't too far from Hogsmeade. "I've a better idea."
Of course, Renfri didn't say what that idea was. She sat up, shifting to the edge of his bed to gather her discarded clothes and start pulling them on. She stopped mid dressing to kiss him, with a wide grin. "You'll just have to trust me." She added. With her head clearing, she felt safe enough to apparate, but he'd consumed quite a bit more then her. So he'd have to rely on her to get them to their destiantion.

It was clear that the two connected. Especially the way they went at each other. But this felt different than simple casual sex. He had had those type of friendships and relations. This felt more, with a strong potential for deeper.
She mentioned having a better idea than an inn and he nodded in agreement. Just as long as he didn't have to say goodbye, not now, not yet. Without saying what her idea was, she got up and began to dress, moving to the edge of the bed, Ri pulled at some cloths, he needed to dress as well. Though he happily stopped to receive her lips onto his. "I have no reason not to" He said, smiling, noting the mark that he had made earlier, finally settling in on her neck. Leaving his discarded tank on the floor, Rhys reached for a new shirt, and put on his jacket. He didn't need his knives, but he ensured to have his flask with him. Finally dressed he walked over to the door, spotting where the dagger had hit, grimacing on how he had just missed the deepest hole, the one that he was aiming for. Using some force to pull the knife out of the door he set it aside and opened the door for Renfri, once the two of them were both fully dressed.

As he got dressed himself, Renfri finished dressing. She frowned at the sling, discarded on the floor. She hated it, waht it represented, though it was the necessary last step to getting ready. So, she grabbed it, clumsily fumbling her left arm through it and then settled it around her neck. She brushed her hair clear from the sling strap and he was opening the door. She got up, smirking a little. "You might regret that someday," she teased. She scooped up her bag, slinging it on her shoulder as she stepped past him. "Don't forget an overnight bag. I don't plan on giving you up tonight." She ordered.
Renfri, while a professor at Hogwarts, didn't actually live at Hogwarts most the time. Yes, she did sometimes sleep in her office when she was on night patrols, as it was easier. But she also had a small flat she rented in Hogsmeade, above one of the shops. It wasn't the fanciest place, though she could have afforded it. Her parents death meant the Selwyn fortune had been split between all the children. But Renfri didn't like to share that fact. Hell, she hadn't even given Ri her surname. She much preferred just being "Renfri" with him, and not a "Sacred 28".
She stopped in the passage way, waiting for him, as she would definitely get lost navigating the below decks with out him.

He trusted this woman, though he had his reservations. But he had no reason to mistrust her. As she grabbed her bag, he stole a quicks swig of his drink, feeling the effects as he moved around. As she approached, he moved to steal one last kiss before going back on deck. She mentioned an overnight bag and ne gave a small smile. Moving to a ragged bag that looked different from all the other possessions. He stuffed a few things in there, including some sneaky knives. Slinging the druid made bag over his shoulder, he met her back at the door, sure that she would get lost below deck.
He met up with her, stumbling a bit as the ship shifted with the current. Slinging an arm around her, he steering her in the right direction. Through the maze of the old ship they finally made it back onto the deck. With a bag on his shoulder, and a bit of a stumble, Ri met the eye of the captain, seeing the look on the mans face, Ri lifted his free hand, flipping him one finger as they walked to disembark the ship.

Renfri grinned as he obliged, quickly stuffing a few things in a bag. She half hadn't expected him to listen, as it would mean spending at the very least the rest of the night with her, but she was glad he didn't hesitate. Sure, she knew she couldn't keep him long, but it had been so long since she felt this... enthralled by someone. This mysterious, handsome, and dangerous stranger. Yet she didn't hesitate, despite how little she knew. She couldn't deny the connection. So, as he left his cabin and threw and arm around her, she immediately wrapped her right arm around his waist. Partially to steady his clear staggering, but also because it was nice being close. While she still wasn't totally sober, she had clearly had far less then him and it was already working out of her system.
They made it back to top deck and she laughed as Ri flipped off his boss. While she wasn't bold enough to do that to Headmistress McGonagall (to her face) she'd done it a number of times to other curse breakers in her old job. Once they were off the ship and a few paces away, they came to a stop. "Hang on," she advised, though he'd already know.
She apparated, pulling him with him. A moment later, and their feet touched the old cobblestone streets of Hogsmeade, one of the back alleys off the main road. She lead him a few paces to the door in question. She had to release his waist to fish out her key, turning it and unlocking the door, before pushing the door open. It immediately opened into a stairwell, leading up to the apartment. She motioned for him to go up first, just in case she needed to help catch him on the stairs. The apartment itself, when he did get to the top of the stairs, was comfortable. Nothing too fancy. It had a galley kitchen, and then the bedroom and living room were combined, with only an asian screen divider separating the living space from the bedroom. While the furnishing was quite simple there are several momentos and tokens from around the world in the space. From the screen divider, to african pottery, to native american art work. Then, in the living space was a huge bookshelf, filled to the brim with books, scrolls, and tombs. There was both non-magical and magical artifacts as well. Clearly before being a History of Magic professor Renfri had traveled the world a great many times.

The relationship that he had with the captain was much more than a working relationship. In fact, Bjorn was Ri's first friend after his banishment, and had saved his life. Leaving the ship wasn't something that Ri did too often, except to deliver his product, pick up booze, or getting drunk. Aside from that, he lived worked and did everything on deck. Leaving two nights in a row wasn't a common occurrence. But Renfri was special, their connection was strong and different from any that he had felt in the past.
After getting a short distance from the ship, she told him to hang on. He knew what was coming next, he tightened his grip and nodded, preparing for her to aerate them to wherever she intended.
He recognized the streets of the quaint little town, though only just. If he wasn't mistaken this was Hogsmeade. Knowing that she was a professor, it made sence that they would be here. They reached a door and he shifted to let Renfri use her arm that had been around his waist. The stair well wasn't very wide, and so he followed her lead, going first as she motioned. Climbing to the second floor, Ri got a chance to look around the small flat. The place showed proof of a life, something his small dwelling was lacking. The place seemed to reflect Renfri, and what he knew about her. He saw many tokens and items that showed signs of a world traveler, collecting as they went. He wondered silently, observing the cozy surroundings. "nice." He said as he observed the well traveled surroundings.

Since taking up the teaching position Renfri hadn't had a permanent home. Not since she graduated. She'd just lived for the job, going wherever Gringotts sent her. In fact, she'd never stayed anywhere for more then a few months. This little apartment was the longest she'd ever stayed somewhere. When she'd moved in, she hadn't even known the first thing about decorating, and just opted to use all the stuff she'd collected over the years. It wasn't really the sort of thing you'd expect of someone with her upbringing, though thankfully Ri didn't know anything about that. She locked be front door behind them, then followed him up the stairs.
Renfri hung her side bag on the coat rack by the door and kicked her shoes off as he explored the small space. it wasn't huge, but it was perfect for one or two people. She grinned as he spoke, moving into the living space. "Make yourself at home." She offered as she moved to the galley kitchen. "Might not be as nice as a hotel, but won't have any interruptions. You hungry?" Personally, she was a bit starving. After the long day on the island, and their earlier fun... No doubt they'd get up to more fun tonight, so she'd definitely need the extra energy.

She told him to make himself at home. He moved back to where she had left her shoes, crouching down to take off his heavy boots. leaving his bag there as well, not entirely sure what the rest of the night would entail.
He nodded she she asked if he was hungry, he hadn't thought too much about it, but he was. "Sure." He moved to the kitchen after, watching her move around. This was her home after all. "This place says a lot." It was always nice to see where someone lived. It said a lot about the person. Her place was proof that she had lived a life. Contrary wise, his cabin was blank, very few in it to prove that it was his. It was nice to see what she had out, it was a nice look into Renfri.

Renfri wandered her little galley kitchen, opening the cabinets to try and decide what to potentially make. She didn't actually worry about fixing food too much at home, as she could take all her meals at Hogwarts. But it wasn't that she didn't have anything to cook. She did. She just wasn't the best at following a recipe. She'd just opened the fridge, pulling out a few ingredients when he spoke. "Oh yeah? What's it say?" Personally she thought it said she sucked at decorating.
She used her hip to close the fridge door, then set the ingredients on the counter. She eyed the ingredients. Normally she would struggle through cutting them, forcing herself to figure it out despite not having the use of her left arm. She glanced at the knife block, all left handed... and sighed. "How about I let you cut these?" She asked. It was about the closest she'd get to asking for help. He'd probably know once he got a grip on the knife why. CLearly she was left handed... or had been.

He watched her open the fridge as she wondered what the place said about her. Glancing around again he noted "World traveler, collecting things that she likes." He gave a shrug, not sure if that was right, but that was what he saw. But what did he knew about design and keeping possessions. He watched as she pulled things out, masterfully with only one usable arm and hand. Looking at what she had pulled out. He then followed her gaze to the knife block. From what he could see, there were many things that were designed for a left handed person. That was the one that she didn't have use for. With a nod he moved to the knife block that she had looked at. He pulled one of the knifes out, spinning it comfortably in his hand he checked the blade, it looked fairly sharp. Definitely used, but not too much. After inspecting the "weapon" he carefully moved to the board and items, starting to masterfully, and quickly chop everything that needed cutting.
It it wasn't obvious before, it would be now, Ri was comfortable with knives, and not just of the throwing persuasion. As he worked, he glanced at her, not needing to fully watch his movements "Anything else?" Then he moved his vision back to the board.

Renfri smiled a little as he answered, clearly identifying herself as a "world traveler". Yes, she'd definitely traveled the world a number of times. "Former curse breaker," she finally clarified, as it seemed one of the most logical answers to her collection. It would also explain why she was such a good choice for History of Magic. It's what she'd lived. Curse breakers thrived in the ancient world. While some were in it for the money, some, like her, were in it for the mystery and history.
While Renfri had never been a master at knives, she' been well acquainted with them, from fending for herself. She'd never realized how many activities needed two hands though before losing the use of her left arm. Or just how much she'd depended on her dominate hand. As he went about chopping the ingredients she reached for a pot, putting it out and filling it with water, before setting it on the stove. As he asked what else, she thought, "I don't know, anything you're feeling? I tend to play cooking by ear, in whatever looks or sounds good."
