"Hey, now I know how to ruffle your feathers--” the blonde offered a slowly growing mischievous smile, waggling her eyebrows comically, but it was all somehow it was laced together with sweetness. She paused for dramatic effect. “Ruin good tea." she chuckled with a growing grin before continuing, "Acai is a fiber-filled berry..it’s very hip these days." she informed him in a giddy, girlie tone, ending with another giggle. "Try it sometime...maybe in a lovely fruit bowl medley of sorts to keep it far away from your beloved tea." Hanna teased playfully. Her expression perked up as she listed to him explain his patience through his ability to sit through Project Runway and many other things. Felix's words struck her heart cords in angelic harmony. His hand reached for hers, sending the butterflies to swell rapidly in her chest. She felt like she could float away. Now she knew the caffeine wasn't to blame for her nerves. Something quite lovely was happening between them. Felix informed her that she didn't need him in his pocket since he was already wrapped around her finger. The way his eyes locked on her and studied her face made it hard not to lean toward him and kiss him, maybe just to see what would happen. She found herself at a loss for words in the most pleasant way. Hanna locked Felix's gaze, holding it for as long as possible before breaking it with a smile. There was an undeniable static between them. With a sudden burst of confidence, the blonde cocked her head to the side, squeezing the mans hand gently, "Would you like to go out sometime?" she asked him with a slightly crooked smile, eyes brightening with curiosity because she was unsure if that was an inappropriate question… Considering he was a recently widowed man; who was still grieving. Was that wrong of her to ask such a question? She wasn't sure, but she knew she enjoyed making him smile and wanted to be blessed with his company. There was an insecure voice in her head telling her not to do it out of fear of looking desperate, but the past couple of instances she had bumped into Felix, had been the best nights out with a man she had in a very long time. "I've acquired VIP tickets to a music festival for next weekend..." Hanna's cheeks flushed red as she tucked hair behind her ear, "It doesn't have to be a date or anything, unless if you'd like it to be, but I think it would be fun and I really enjoy your company.." she spoke quickly, feigning nonchalance and failing because her nerves were flaring up. Hanna swallowed, eyes breaking contact to fidget with her drink. FELIX CICERO TELLER

Felix wasn't entirely listening to what Hanna said - he was more focused on the way her lips moved to form words. He didn't even really mind that she teased him about his love of tea. He knew to keep his brews away from her. He came to the conclusion without a conscious thought - that he would see her again and again. How had she gone from a friend of Madeleine's to a friend of his own? As his own grey gaze roved over the fine plains of Hanna's face, he knew intimately that they had forged some sort of strange connection. Born of what, even? A feeling of being displaced in the wide universe? A mutual connection that had drawn them together? Felix couldn't focus long enough as each idea flitted through his mind, each more laughable than the last.
He would have to chock it up to fate. For now, at least, until Felix had more time to examine the interactions that had brought them together. He was saying something, but he wasn't entirely sure what. But the look of eager delight on Hanna's face drew a rare grin to his own, his hand covering hers, the physical connection between them both sweet and intense simultaneously. Hanna's suggestion that they go out sometime had Felix about to quip that they were out right now - were they not? But as he opened his mouth to reply she continued on, talking about a music festival that she had VIP tickets to next weekend and how she'd like him to join her. "I'd like that..." said Felix, a grin curling on his lips.
Hanna broke her gaze from his and Felix found himself reaching out and lightly touching the spot under her chin. He wanted to drown in the colour of her eyes, the pink of her cheeks, the femininity of each and every feature that came together to make Hanna... Hanna. "And I'd like it to be a date, because I also enjoy your company," replied Felix quietly. He chewed on his cheek, contemplating. His eyes flicked down to her lips, the ones that he had found himself dreaming about in the months that they hadn't seen each other. But just as he had decided he ought to kiss her, the barista came over to clear Felix's empty tea mug. "Thanks," said Felix, snapping out of his daze, flushing scarlet. He glanced from the barista back to Hanna and cleared his throat. He had to get out of this situation, or else he would be making an utter fool of himself. "I should go. I promised my sister I'd meet her for dinner," said Felix, inventing wildly as he stood. He offered Hanna a hand to help her up. "I'll er... I'll see you next weekend? You can message me on Instagram," he added hastily, aware that if he didn't escape the bubble that Hanna had trapped in him (although he was a very willing participant) he would make a complete and utter fool of himself. He bent forward to place a hasty kiss on her cheek, and with a lingering look, he was gone.
