Unlike on the mainland, it was perfectly safe to walk around outside at night on Hy-Brasil. It was also that way in the daytime. Druids had the ability to interact with magical creatures in ways many other witches and wizards could only dream about, so there was no reason to worry that they might be attacked. And of course no person would attack them, either.
It was an easier journey than expected to get Fae back home, even from Sadhbh's standpoint. What made it even more reassuring that Sadhbh could leave the High Druid alone for the night was that there seemed to be very little chance of her injuring herself in her bed. It reminded Sadhbh a bit of a bird's nest in its composition—except it was on the floor, where neither it nor Fae were at any risk of falling. Sadhbh was certain that Fae could have gotten herself a more conventional bed if she so desired; she was the High Druid, after all, and anyone on the island would have been happy to help her in crafting one (or acquiring one from somewhere on the mainland if needed).
Regardless, it was clear that Fae had made herself comfortable. Sadhbh was preparing to leave when the High Druid rolled over and said that she had found her staff and that she knew that Sadhbh had had it with her. There was no point in attempting to correct Fae's thought process, though. It would only lead to frustration, and Sadhbh knew that she needed to get back home, too.

OOC: Okay, let's get Fae into the present day! 😅
