▲ April 29th, 2029 Squeaks the rat lay still, the warm sun beating down on his tiny rodent body. May was almost here, though he didn't know what that was or even what the months of the year were. Or really even what a year was. He only cared about whether he was warm or cold, hungry or hungrier, and if he would be freed from his imprisonment any time soon. Today, was a good day. Mostly because he was warm, outside of his cage, and was being fed the crunchy orange food by the strange giant that brought him with her everywhere she went. Usually he hid inside one of her pockets. Today he was allowed to sunbathe and fill his belly to his heart's content. Tilly scratched at her pet rat's exposed stomach as he lounged lazily in her lap. She had found a quiet spot on the grounds and was reading through the morning's edition of the Daily Prophet. Typically, she treated herself to the obituaries after she got through the Quidditch section, so she still had a while to go before getting to her favorite reading material. Every once in a while, she pulled a small chunk of carrot out of her bag and handed it down to her rat, who blissfully ate it. She liked watching his tiny hands grab on, his nose inspect the food (as if it was different from what she normally fed him), and then gnaw away at it for a minute or two. The only disruption Squeaks ever had was when she flipped to the next page in the paper. Yawning as she re-read the same stats block from a recent Bats game for the third time, Tilly closed both them and her paper. The idea of a ten minute snooze was starting to sound more and more enticing to her. Blinking at her sleepiness, Tilly folded her newspaper up neatly and laid her head back on her bag. Squeaks lazily crawled up her torso, settling somewhere near her midriff. She could see why he enjoyed the sun so much. It was warm, and comfy, and very quickly, her eyes started to close... Sunday’s were supposed to be a rest day. The only day of the week he could stay in bed all day…well, until Sammy would find him and wake him up. Scottie loved to rot in bed but he knew if he didn’t get the energy out now, he’d have restless legs all night long. Maybe he'd fly a few laps or see what Theo or Sammy was up to. After prying himself out of bed he decided to take a walk around the castle to see where his legs would take him. Many times he’d open mysterious doors and see where they led.
As he aimlessly sauntered across the grassy yard he immediately noticed Tilly laying on the grass with a copy of the Daily Prophet and one of her rat minions laying across her body. Tilly was a strange girl. A certified kook. Scottie knew her as one of Theo’s friends and a decent quidditch player. She was cute but her weirdness outweighed her cuteness most days which was an utter shame. But she was truly entertaining.
Scottie stepped into her ray of sun and tilted his head. "Sup Tilly" he greeted, long legs folding under him as he collapsed onto the grass uninvited. “Anyone die yesterday?” he gestured to the newspaper, too casual for such a morbid topic, but he knew from common knowledge she read obituaries. The sunshine felt divine on his skin, he closed his eyes and basked in the warmth.
As he opened his eyes they slowly trailed to the rat basking on her midriff. The sight made his mouth water. Literally, he could vomit. Rats were vermin. He could hear his mums voice in his head as he silently judged - before opening his mouth and actually judging. Picking at the grass, the blades to fell past palms and back into the earth. ”Someday your rat army will revolt against you and eat you.” he warned, staring at the rat suspiciously as his nose wrinkled with disgust.

▲ The sudden shadow that played across her made her open her eyes in an annoyed squint. Raising the hand that wasn’t scratching Squeaks to shield her eyes against the sun, she saw that a gangly looking Vector was hovering over her. Why did the two of them have to be identical? Even though she had just been with one of them a few days prior doing Potions work, she really had difficulty telling which was which. Very quickly, he moved out of the way and took a seat next to her in the grass. She didn’t return the greeting because she had no idea who it was: Scottie or Sammy? Going the route where she just called them both Vector and guessed later tended to work. At least Idele was easier. ”They never stop, so probably,” she answered. Vector had to be asking about the obituaries. She wasn’t exactly secretive about her interest in reading them. The macabre interest had definitely made a few of her classmates look at her funny. ”But I haven’t gotten to it yet. Was reading the Quidditch section first.” If she did actually have a chance to go professional, which is what she was already being told as a fifth year, then she needed to start her research now and take things seriously. It was a lot of effort that she really didn’t have otherwise. Vector then made a curious comment about her rat. They weren’t odd pets to have at Hogwarts. She knew plenty of other students that had them. And she really wouldn’t call her one an army. As for if she would want Squeaks or any future rats to eat her… ”Merlin, I hope so. That would be awesome,” Tilly breathed out excitedly. ”That way I could help them one last time.” She picked her rat up and gave him a kiss on his head. A squeak of protest came from moving him out of the sun, but she knew he’d eventually get grumpy from sunbathing too long. ”Want to hold him?” she asked Vector, holding her pet up to him. It was always funny when the prissy rich kids got grossed out by her. MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0

”Who’s your team?” he asked curiously as a knee jerk reaction. It wasn’t completely unexpected since they both played quidditch. Scottie loved the game and it was a dream to play quidditch professionally but he knew he didn’t work hard enough for that sort of glory. He was too lazy and would much rather be an entrepreneur of sorts and make people do the hard work for him.
The excitement that glazed over Tilly’s eyes over rats eating her body should have been expected. Only a Hufflepuff would be so selfless. He chuckled, bobbing his head in thought, because that was actually dark and hilarious in its own way. No wonder why Theo liked this girl. Scottie added more blades of grass to a pile as his face twitched into an easy smile, "Lovely..” he chuckled again, "A kind and selfless Hufflepuff 'til the very end.." he stated in an even tone, not really surprised or meant to be taken offensive. He wasn't a Hufflepuff Hater like a majority of his housemates.
Okay, maybe Tilly only had a single rat, but one rat was too many rats in any prissy boys eyes. He wouldn’t tell Tilly that though. Scottie was trying to sort out his emotions after she kissed the rat on top of the head, but she followed by presenting the vermin to him and asking if he wanted to hold it. Merlin, he should have expected this.
Freezing with a stiff smile, his eyes scanned the rat judgmentally, resisting the urge to chuck it across the field. That would be a horrible thing to do to a living creature. Those bloody intrustive thoughts. Scottie feigned calmness, blue eyes widening involuntarily as he leaned away from her. ”Eh. Maybe later.” he lied, outwardly shuddering as his flesh covered with goosebumps, suddenly speechless with disgust. That was one way to get him to shut up. ”The tails..." Scotties nose wrinkled, fidgeting a couple of scoots away from Tilly and her furry friend.

▲ Tilly’s choice in Quidditch teams was about as unique as she was. One would probably assume that she followed the Ballycastle Bats, mostly because bats were associated with vampires and creepy things, and she was an odd duck. While she certainly did follow the Bats, they weren’t her team. No, she looked abroad for her interests. ”The Quiberon Quafflepunchers,” Tilly gave the name of the French professional team. She’d gained an interest in them mainly because of her family’s ties to France. Never mind that they weren’t magical until the kids were born and that her mum’s side was from the complete opposite end of the country. It was the first French team she had seen upon learning of magic and so she stuck with them. She had even adopted some of their techniques whilst playing, something the house players weren’t used to because they spent all of their time watching the British and Irish League. That was the secret to her play style. ”You’ve probably never heard of them though,” she added. Though with the money Vector here had, he’d probably been to matches. That would be the dream… ”Why should I care? I’ll be dead,” Tilly shrugged from her half-upright position. It didn’t matter to her what happened to her body after she was dead. She had half the mind to donate it to science. Her body parts in half a dozen others, continuing to live on inside them. That sounded sort of perfect to her. She knew most didn’t seem to see it the same way as her, and that was okay. They just didn’t get it yet. Vector recoiled slightly at the offer of holding Squeaks. It didn’t matter which twin it was she’d given the chance to both at different times and neither seemed interested in becoming friends with her rat. He was an easy-going little guy. All he wanted was snacks and sleep. Sort of like her, really. ”You mean this?” she grinned devilishly as she looped Squeaks’s tail around her finger and dangled it out for Vector to see. ”It’s all good. I understand.” Her rat was returned to his position on her stomach, where he curled back up into a ball to sleep once again. Laying back down on her blanket, Tilly closed her eyes to avoid being blinded by the sun. ”So what are you up to today? Did you finish that Potions work yet?” she asked. That was the perfect probing question to find out if this was Scottie or Sammy. Because if it was Sammy, she had just given him all of the answers to the homework two days prior in the library. Why couldn’t they have been easier to tell apart, like Idele? MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0

The sunshine felt divine on his skin. He felt like a battery recharging. Maybe he’d take a few laps around the pitch after this. When Tilly shared her favorite team he shrugged, ”Never heard of 'em..” he admitted more dismissively. That was a silly name, he was surprised he never heard of them. Scottie only followed the English and Irish league so he was missing out on more opportunities to watch quidditch and observe technique.
Scottie shrugged more thoughtfully, continuously picking at the grass. “Hm. Now when you put it that way. That’s actually a great point.” he agreed, bobbing his head in agreement. Tilly demonstrated the tail ick without hesitation. Nodding his head up and down, "Yes, exactly that." he shuddered, body trembling with disgust as he watched her wrap the tail around her finger. Truthfully, her rat didn't seem so disgusting like the ones he'd see scurrying around the castle, but he wasn't going to give in so easily to befriend them. Not today at least.
Tilly asked what his plans were for the day , following by asking about his potions work, Scottie tilted his head to the side, slightly confused at her following question. ”What potions work??” he quirked an eyebrow at her, unsure of what she was talking about. From as far as he could remember they hadn't spoken about Potions but by her tone it almost sounded like they had. Merlin, maybe this was one of those moments where he could use a Remembrall. Scottie wasn’t a good student, often losing track of his work and finishing homework the last minute in class before turning it in. Quills were exceptionally difficult while rushing. His parchment was always messy and littered with ink blots. Somehow he always managed to get by. All for the love of quidditch. Scottie was too dim to realize Tilly was trying to figure out which Vector she was talking to.

▲ ”No one ever has,” she admitted. Which worked unbelievably well for her when it came to her playstyle. If and when she went pro, which she knew she would based on her current trajectory of play, the charade would be up. It would still give the lower-quality players some difficulty though, that was for sure. Merely thinking about going pro made her fingers tingle with excitement. On one hand, that would be huge as a muggleborn. On the other, it would be a lifelong commitment. One that she didn’t know if she wanted just yet. Thankfully she had a few years of school left to decide. Unless a team approached her prior to graduation. Trying to convince her parents to let her drop out of magic school to play magic flying sport would be a tough sell. They, unfortunately, valued education too highly. Making Vector squirm was entertaining. She made a mental note to find a fake rat tail and slip it next to his plate at dinner one of these days. Theo could buy her enough time to float it over covertly. ”You do know that domesticated rats are clean and friendly, right? They aren’t anything like the ones in cities.” While there had been times where she’d been tempted to scoop up a wild rat from the sidewalk in the middle of London, Tilly had always managed to hold herself back. It wasn’t like finding a stray cat or dog. She risked so many more unknown diseases by trying to bring a big, fat city rat home with her. Plus, poor Squeaks would get jealous. She didn’t want to do that to him. Vector’s confusion over her Potions question confirmed that it was indeed Sammy she was talking to right now. Because it had been Scottie who cheated off her two days prior. Tilly realized that she had gotten them mixed up once again, her memory testing her patience. Only two days had passed, and she couldn’t even remember who it was she’d met in the library. Groaning at herself for forgetting, she picked her rat back up and held him out above her head with both hands. ”Which one is he, Squeaks?” she asked the rat. He was only capable of human speech when she provided the voice, in which he then became a crochety, middle-aged Frenchman that spent all his time sitting at cafes smoking and pretending he was important. ”Which one are you?” Tilly repeated, looking over at Vector. Tilly informed him that rats are clean and friendly. ”Still not joining your Rat fan club today.” he teased playfully. ”Sorry mate” he cringed at the rat. A moment of contemplation glazed over Tilly’s eyes. It seemed like she was going through some inner battle. Tilly raised the rat above her head in a grand display, asking him ‘which one’ was sitting in front of her.
His “cool guy” ego could barely comprehend what was happening. Someone not recognizing him when he shared a face shouldn’t have been so unsettling but it always was. As much as he loved his brother there were times he wished he had his own identity. His mum always tried to instill it in his head that was what made them special but he was pretty sure that was what mums were supposed to say.
Tilting his head to the side, perplexed, he stared at the Puff with slits for eyes. Scottie gasped, clutching a hand over his broken heart animatedly. ”Ouch, Tilly…” he sighed sadly, pulling a sad puppy dog like expression. “I thought we had something special..” Scottie was obviously joking. If anything, Tilly and Theo had something ~special. That didn’t mean he couldn’t joke about it though.
”I’m Scottie.” he waved with a dazzling smile. ”Theo is my roommate and teammate.” he informed her with a chuckle, wondering if that would give her any clarity. ”Sammy mentioned that you helped him. He cheated off of ya didn’t he.” Scottie stated more expectantly.

▲ She frowned. Disliking rats was a normal thing for people, and it reminded her that she was very much not normal most of the time. Going through the paces, whether if it was with classes or Quidditch, occasionally lulled her classmates into the sense that she was somewhat regular some of the time. Still, she didn’t think having a pet rat was odd. It was one of the animals listed on the supplies list for first years. Winning over a Vector would be too difficult though. She had to start smaller. Poorer. No one came to mind. Somehow, all of her friends seemed to either be related to one another or filthy fucking rich. It did mean she could mooch off of them as much as she wanted though. Tilly could tell that Vector wasn’t taking her question to heart, and answered honestly that he was Scottie. The Slytherin, since he was roomies with Theo. She really needed to figure out a way to tell the two of them apart. At this point in time, it was starting to get a little ridiculous on her end. Never knowing, while fun, was also slightly stressful. ”Yeah, he does that sometimes.” Or maybe the other times it was Scottie that had copied her homework? She didn’t even know at this point. ”So, since I have you here, what’s the best way to tell the two of you apart? Because we could come up with a secret code or something if there isn’t.” Yelling out code words to one another sounded entertaining, but she didn’t know how effective it would be in the middle of class or at the library. Then she remembered that during school hours, he’d have his Slytherin robes on. Tilly felt momentarily stupid. ”Like flash and thunder! I learned about that in a muggle war movie. That way they could identify allies in battle,” Tilly continued, despite her realization. MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0

Scottie could tell by the look on Tilly’s face that she was disappointed he didn’t want to befriend her rat. It almost made him feel bad. Not really.
Shaking his head and rolling his eyes, he smiled conspiringly about Sammy 'sometimes' cheated. Sammy was lucky Scottie wasn’t a narc like him. Sammy would often spill the beans to their mother during dinner whenever he didn't attend, telling her about how he would sneak to the astronomy tower to smoke funny herbs and drink with cute girls. Scottie wasn't the one who cheated on his school work but he had asked to copy her notes a few times since he was a horrible note taker and ended up doodling or writing music instead.
Tilly asked for the best way to tell he and his brother apart and he smiled understandably. His own mother still had trouble. Especially Professors and classmates. He knew that must have been confusing. It wasn’t often people asked how to tell them apart so he appreciated the effort. ”It can be tricky when we aren't in our robes. This isn't very helpful, since you have to be up close, but I have freckles on the right side of my face and chin while Sammy has perfect porcelain skin.” he explained, wishing he had a better answer for her because that sounded pretty stupid once he said it out loud. ”Sometimes you’ll be able to guess based on environment. Sammy won’t be caught dead on the pitch because he hates to sweat and I'm banned from the library..” he offered a guilty but proud smile. The old witch banned him for the rest of the school year because he knocked over a bookcase after Theo shot him with a rogue tickle spell. This wasn't an isolated incident of library tomfoolery..
”-But codenames sound like they could be fun." he admitted eagerly, "Would you be Flash and I Thunder? Or is that Sammy and I?” he asked with a quirked eyebrow, unsure if he quite understood how these codenames worked. He knew nothing about this muggle war lore but codenames sounded like they could be useful. ”Do you have any siblings?” Scottie asked curiously.

▲ Apparently, there was a way to tell the difference between the twins. According to most of the girls in their year, they didn’t really care. Having two Vectors identical to one another was enough to go around for some reason. Tilly sort of saw it, but they were also indiscernible from one another despite being rich pretty boys. As Scottie explained that he had a series of freckles on his face and his twin didn’t, Tilly leaned as uncomfortably close as possible to take a look. ”Huh. I guess you do have them…” she said, mystified how she’d never seen them before. That was probably because trying to determine who was who always made her brain short-circuit first. ”Don’t suppose you could charm that to be a tad bigger? Make it more obvious for the rest of us.” Mainly just her, really. She’d never spoken to anyone else that had this much trouble after all these years. That was definitely on her. ”You try to flip the librarian’s skirt or something?” she asked, imagining the vulgar action and chuckling at it. That would probably give the zombie a heart attack then and there. Everyone would be better off that way too. Now that Scottie laid out the differences, it was starting to click into place. Whether or not she remembered was a completely different matter, of course. She’d have to bring it up with Theo and see if he had any other insight on telling the difference, robes and freckles aside. If she had to basically get into Scottie’s face every time to realize it was him, there were going to be some very jealous roommates of hers. Tilly did not want to invite the wrath of other girl’s crushes. ”Like I would say ‘flash’! And then you’d go, ‘thunder’! Because Sammy wouldn’t know what it was unless we told him.” Unless he knew muggle war history, which was totally possible. Tilly hadn’t really thought that far ahead. She never did. The conversation drifted towards her own siblings, and she nodded her head. ”Three older ones. Somehow, we all turned out like this. I think someone in the family is lying about not having magic,” she explained. Tilly really didn’t know how all of that worked, ignoring that section in class when it had been taught. She really didn’t care. It was cool to have some sort of connection with her older siblings when they had such a large gap between them. ”There’s like, nine or ten years between me and my brother and sister. Then the oldest, Ed, is old as dirt. He’s thirty.”MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0

Scottie leaned forward in a demonstration of the right side of his chin. Tilly then requested the freckles be bigger to make it easier on the rest of them to tell he and Sammy apart. His eyes widened with a gasp, ”Absolutely not.” he protested. ”Making them larger would take away from my beauty.” Scottie stated dead seriously. There was supposed to be a bit of jest there but he was very serious about his appearance. It was hard being this incredibly good looking.
Tilly explained the code names and his head bobbed into an understanding nod. That was simple enough. He’d love to see the look on Sammy’s face the first time she called him 'Flash'. ”Codenames would confuse Sammy immensely. Lets do it..Thunder” he agreed with a secretive nod before her comment about the librarian made him bark with laughter.
Slapping his knee, ”Ha! As if anyone would ever wanna see that old bookaroos knickers!” he gagged animatedly with a overly repulsed expression. Scottie would rather go blind than have that picture burned into his memory. His eyebrows waggled at the center of his forehead rhythmically as he had a thought he should have kept to himself. ”Miss Garnet in the hospital wing, on the other hand? Guilty as charged, I'm burnin up.” Scottie nodded his head up and down shamelessly with a boyish smile. "Remember when the library closed early a couple of months ago? Theo hit me with a tickle spell which caused me to knock over two entire rows of bookcases and couldn't stop giggling when the old bird came to yell at us."
Scottie continued to pick at the grass aimlessly, already have done a lot of work on the patchy area in front of him. He listened with interest as Tilly explained she had older siblings, he was happy he didn't ask he to hold her rat again. ”Older siblings are a trip aren’t they. They lived an entire life with your parents without you.” he stated thoughtfully. "-But it must've been nice getting all of their attention though?" he assumed, not knowing anything else about Tilly and her home life. His half siblings were hard enough to get his head around and accept. "I've got some half siblings that are old as dirt too. You know Archie? Or Professor Vector to you? He's my half brother and its bizarre seeing him walk around here in 'teacher mode' sometimes." he admitted. Truthfully, he typically avoided his half brother because he wasn't sure what to say to him. Scottie knew he should try a little harder because Archie would more than likely help get him out of trouble if he asked because he was a cool guy like that.

▲ "Uh-huh," Tilly hummed in response. Was it really 'beauty' when it was shared with his twin? And passed down by his mum? Despite her personality preceding her, apparently Mrs. Vector was quite the looker when she wasn't being a raging bitch. Some people were probably into that though. Not her. She didn't have mommy issues, thankfully. Though she definitely felt like she was forgotten or not cared about occasionally. Never once had Tilly looked for parental figures elsewhere, and especially not in the way she'd heard some of her classmates go gaga over the triplets' mother. Despite being the class weirdo, she liked to think she had a relatively normal outlook on other people. Up until they croaked of course. Then she was really interested. "Flash!" she yelled back. Squeaks startled awake on her stomach, the sudden vibration of noise and air used to scream out the word disturbing his sleep. He'd nestle back down eventually, but the disruption made him crawl back up her chest, looking for food. Tilly provided a small square of carrot she had stashed away. "Now your brother will think I'm commanding you to strip or something...better you than me though."Scottie started to talk with his nether regions as he described the younger nurse, Miss Garnet. Tilly had seen her around, yet never had the pleasure of being treated by her. Which was unfortunate, because then she could have held it over all of the boys that seemed to have the hots for her. "Never had the pleasure. But I'll be sure to tell you when I finally have her fix me up." Theo would probably want to see that too. Then she could rile him up and make him say something stupid in front of the pretty nurse. That would be hilarious. Snorting at the library incident, it wasn't a surprise that the librarian would take issue with all of them. They were absolute terrors. Everyone in the school knew that the fifth years were unhinged in ways previously unseen at Hogwarts. That was bound to happen when their entire time at school was stuffed with suffering, death, forced relocation, and huge educational changes unlike anything Hogwarts had prior. But the librarian could still stuff it right up her dusty backside. If only she'd had her parents attention. On one hand, she absolutely could see how she would have turned out if she'd become both the 'baby' and the golden child. All three of her siblings were brilliant in their own ways, she just happened to take Quidditch and inability to die on the pitch as her superior skills. "Ehh not really," she corrected Scottie on getting the attention she needed as a child. "They were more interested in the middle two the whole time. Getting them off to school and what not. I think it would have been better for me if I was a muggle at that point." Because then they'd have at least one child to mold in their image. All four of them were seemingly stuck to the idea of utilizing the benefits of their magic. "Yeah, I've seen him 'round. One of my roommates has a huge crush on him," Tilly admitted. She hadn't been sworn to secrecy by Felicity Finch-Fletchley, so she really didn't care if Scottie knew. Tilly was positive her roommates forgot she was there half the time, sequestered in her four-poster reading Quiddtich magazines and eating junk food with Squeaks. The things she heard were amazing. Nodding approvingly, he howled with an evil laugh when Tilly explained Sammy would probably think she was asking him to strip. ”We shall allow him to use his imagination until it drives him mad." he rubbed his hands together like a cartoonish villain. Sammy would definitely ask.
Tilly explained that she received close to no attention as a child and she would've been better off Muggle. He wasn't quite expecting that answer coming from his status of privilege. His expression noticeably frowned, eyebrows furrowing. ”Well, damn...” he stated, more to sympathize with her. Scottie couldn’t relate in the slightest. His mum was a helicopter parent but more of the “cool” kind. As long as he got his work done and didn’t get a girl pregnant or anything crazy, she allowed he and his siblings to do what they wanted. She was only suffocating because she wanted to know what was going on all the time, and would have daily dinners if everything went her way. Idele and Tilly would probably get along swimmingly…he thought to himself. ”It probably helped you gain...independence..I suppose?” he guessed, trying to think of a brighter side. Scottie didn’t know Tilly very well. ”Yuck! You wouldn’t want to be stuck with those Muggles, would ya?” he wrinkled his nose in the same way it did for her rat.
Tilly explained that she had roomies who had a crush on his older brother. That wasn't uncommon for him to hear or for him to feel a slightest pinch of jealousy at his gut. He was old as dirt and the girls wanted him, it wasn't fair. A small smile turned the corners of his lips upward, "If they're cute feel free to send them my way instead, to the more fun, 'age appropriate' Vector.." he offered a wink as he ruffled his hair cooly.
Scottie sat with his palms behind his back, basking in the sunlight knowing he'd probably get more freckles after this. There was a brief silence as a thought glazed over his eyelids and he turned to Tilly suddenly, ”-Do you think it would be considered animal abuse to put a saddle on a sleeping centaur?” he asked with an unhinged smile, knowing absolutely nothing about centaurs and how dangerous they could be. They had bows and arrows for crying out loud, and travelled in groups, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to accost one.

▲ Psychological warfare between twins sounded pretty intense. Weren’t they supposed to have some sort of twin telepathy or something? Maybe that wasn’t a thing for triplets. The mind waves getting too spread apart between the three distinct brains. Tilly nodded her head in agreement at the plan though. ”Suppose it did,” Tilly said after a moment of mulling the question over in her head. It didn’t take much thinking to realize that she was the way she was because of her parents not paying enough attention to her. That made it sound worse than it was. They did care and they did ask questions about how she was doing in school, but she also could see in their eyes that they didn’t put as much effort into talking to her as they did with the other three. She unfortunately figured that out way too young and had taken to spending most of her time on the computer playing games and reading weird stories. Knowing that there was a possibility for magic in her as well, she knew they wouldn’t care unless she was different. Scottie commented, and sort of looked disgusted, on muggles and she almost wanted to ignore him. There were times where she heard the same thing from other classmates. They seemed to forget that the only reason they had phones and were able to scroll online was because of muggles. ”It wouldn’t be bad,” she shrugged, picking Squeaks up again. His rolls of fat slid down to his bottom half, making him look like a bowling pin. Tiny rat legs kicked, and she put him back down, this time in the shade of her bag. He immediately went to gnawing on a piece of grass. ”I could easily give up magic if I wanted to and live that way. I definitely would if I didn’t have Quidditch.”She stared at him as he tried to get her roommate sent his way, instead of keeping her crush solely on the elder Vector. It would be more appropriate, that was for sure. ”I think she’s more interested in guys that have more…you know,” Tilly didn’t expand on it. She thought it would be funnier if she left him guessing. The follow-up question after a few moments was certainly an interesting one. Where did centaurs fit into all of this? ”I don’t think they like horsing around,” she said slyly, surprised at the speed of her own pun. ”They’re classified as Beasts by the Ministry, right? So I guess it could be.” If she recalled correctly though, that classification was of their own choosing though. MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0
