Lily had only spent on night in the Hospital, her bite wasn't that bad. Especially since it was planned. They didn't want her to die, obviously, so they had made sure that she could get away after he wolfed out on her. Now, she was standing out on the grounds of the school, near the edge of the trees, a bandage wrapped around her arm.
She grimaced at the wrapping before reaching down and removing it, using a simple spell to transfigure it into a baseball of sorts before throwing it away from herself. Lily always hated hospitals. Healing and all that was cool but she really would rather be doing something fun than lying there while people worried about her. Couldn't she just let her body figure it out on it's own?
She sighed, rolling her shoulders and closing her eyes for a moment before snapping them open. He was close, she could tell. It was almost like she could smell him, sense him. It was crazy, and the feeling sent a little shiver up her spine.
"Adrian?" she said, whipping around in the direction she though he was coming from.

Adrian had turned Lily Potter into a werewolf....
He knew it, he could feel it in his bones. It was a strange sensation, one he just couldn't explain. He just knew. And he also knew that if anyone found out, he was going to be in big... big... trouble. Not just with the school, but the ministry, and scariest of all? Her family. The Greyback and Weasley/Potter clan didn't have good history, and a part of Adrian had always been afraid they were just waiting for him to screw up to exact revenge on Fenrir Greyback's son. Lily had assured him though that she wouldn't tell anyone... And he trusted her. Why? No idea. It made as much sense to him as her convincing him changing her into a werewolf was a great idea. Okay.. that hadn't been to hard. He'd always had a feeling that Lily would thrive as one....
The boy grinned. He sat underneath a tree, huddled in his hoody. Wait, no bad! He shouldn't be happy about the situation! And yet.... He wasn't just happy, he was giddy with excitement. That was when he saw her. Lily Potter leaving the school and heading straight for the border of the Forbidden forest. Adrian was on his feet instantly, still grinning like a court jester. He moved silently, weaving his way through the cover of the trees and snow, creeping closer and closer. She'd stopped, and... was throwing something. His natural instinct took over. That need to just move, and, in this case, catch the ball! He felt his muscles coil like a spring, building power until it burst out, propelling him forward to catch the transfigured object.
He caught it... Still grinning.... Still giddy... Still an absolute fool. When he heard his name though, that dorky smile softened as he turned around. He could feel her searching for him... "I'm here. Came his deep German accent, the boy moving swiftly, and dead silently back through the trees finally reappearing in her line of vision, the baseball in hand. "You lost this." He added, tossing it into the air and catching it again.
There it was... the bite mark. The one he'd left... The one that marked her as a Werewolf... Like him.

"I'm here." She heard his voice and her teeth caught her bottom lip in a small bite, suppressing a giggle that was about to break through. She waited, oh-so-patiently, for Adrian to appear, and he obliged. "You lost this." Lily rolled her eyes as he tossed the baseball in the air to catch it again. She took a slow walk toward him as she spoke, "bandages are annoying. Plus, I thought you may want to kiss it better," she was right in front of him now, holding her arm up to him so the bite was right in front of him.
She was kidding, of course, but she held it for a moment before pulled her arm back and crossing them over her chest. "So, whats on the agenda? It's going to be hard to top our last excursion together," her mind flashback to that moment. The adrenaline, the pain, the excitement. She didn't mind pain, not really, and it was a small price to pay for the way she was feeling now.

Adrian juggled the ball from hand to hand, slightly wishing he had two more to attempt actual juggling. Like a circus clown. He was convinced he'd make an excellent clown. Maybe if being a Wizard didn't work out, he could try his hand at the circus. He raised an eyebrow as Lily raised her arm to him, brandishing the wound he'd left there. He could now clearly see it, where, while transformed under the light of the full moon, he'd sunk his teeth. It didn't look nearly as bad as he'd thought it'd been. They'd gotten lucky though, it could have gone a lot worse. He'd also admit, her was slightly tempted to go through with her joking suggestion. "I don't know. I think you'll give me rabies." He retorted with a sour look. "Or fleas. Have you had your shots yet?" This time he looked seriously concerned.
The German dropped the transfigured ball to the ground, catching her arm before she could lower it to much and giving the wound a more thorough look over. "Are we sure it worked? What did they say when they saw it?" He released her wrist, his gaze lifted back to meet the eyes of his friend. He stopped to think then, running his fingers over his non existent facial hair. "Hm.... Well, I know what will top it. But we have to wait a month." Speaking of which... They'd have to make sure she got the Wolfsbane potion...

Lily could see it in his eyes. He wanted to actually kiss it better. She kept her eyes locked on his, silently daring him to go through with it. His lips were there last night, weren't they?
At his home about rabies and his rather serious look about shots, Lily scoffed. " "I'm pretty sure if I had rabies it'd be your doing."
As he caught her arm, she caught her breath. Everytime he touched her she felt a surge through her. An adrenaline rush that she guessed was mostly likely because of their new connection. No other reason, obviously.
"It worked. I've already been prescribed with the wolfsbane potion.... My brothers are pissed," she widened her eyes at the thought of what they would do to Adrian if they knew the truth...
"It's a date then," she stepped forward and gave a little growl as he mentioned their 'plans' for next month. "But for now, maybe a little tour of your favorite foresty spots?"

Adrian saw, and understood that look. A challenge. She didn't think he'd do it... His own eyes sparked. The boy wasn't known for refusing dares. Oh, he was so tempted.... He had to do it.... Just had to. Wait, NO! BAD! It was so hard to fight the urge though. Before he acted rashly.. The boy grinned. A wide, toothy grin. As if to silently say 'nice try'. He cleared his throat after that, trying to clear his thoughts before the urge over powered him.
"Ah, but fleas you couldn't have gotten from any old mutt. I've been flea free, thank you very much, and I'd like to keep it that way." The German corrected, and bragged, quite smugly. He hesitated when he saw her reaction. Wait... Had he seen that right? Now he wasn't sure. His eyes narrowed for a moment, before his expression relaxed again. Nah, couldn't have been. And then the brothers were mentioned and Adrian actually paled. They had been his biggest fear about turning her. Two older brothers... Two protective older brothers.... Two protective, and probably vengeful, older brothers. Adrian had this irrational (was it irrational?) fear that the two would kill him if they found out what really happened. "Pitch forks and torches pissed?" He hesitantly asked.
A date. Was he supposed to feel as happy as he did when she said that? He'd felt his heart race slightly at the comment. Maybe it was just being able to spend time with Lily. She was one of his best friends after all. And it would also be the first time he ever transformed with another werewolf right there. That had to be the reason. He flashed her that wide toothy grin again. "I don't know. The forest is a scary place. Are you sure you won't get scared?" He teased, already knowing the answer to that. She was one of the bravest people he knew. Hey, she'd trusted him when he wolfed out after all! Wait.. Was that bravery or stupidity...?
Checking to make sure the coast was clear of all teachers, he took a couple steps backs backwards, towards the towering and intimidating trees that marked the start of the Forbidden forest, holding out an arm for her to take. He could be a gentleman, after all.... When he felt like it. "We better hurry, before anyone catches us."

"Well, if you're flea free then so am I. I haven't been tangoing with any other mutts," she said with another little wink. She wasn't surprised at Adrians reaction to her mention of the angry brothers. She chuckled at the word 'pitchforks'. "Eeh, I'm not sure if they'd go that far. But they maaaay try to castrate you or something," her eyes widened at the thought, not that she really thought they would do it. She punched his arm, "Hey, lighten up. No one is going to find out about us," oh how little she knew.
As he challenged her fear of the forest, she raised an eyebrow at him and gave another growl. She linked her arm through his extended offer, "don't worry, I'll protect you from the scary monsters Adrian," she teased back, moving with him as he led her toward the forest. They took off at a run, laughing and having a grand old time until suddenly, an acromantula appeared in front of them, stopping their path.
Lily skitted to a stop. It wasn't the biggest one she'd seen, maybe about half her size, but it was still shocking. The strange thing was, in it's pincers was a piece of parchment. The creature dropped it to the ground and sped off.

Adrian raised an eyebrow, questioning her honesty in that bold proclamation of hers. He knew her quite well... And wouldn't have put it past her. Her sense of adventure, she got into all sorts of trouble! But... so did he. They were a fearsome duo when they put their minds to something. It didn't happen often, thankfully, but considering their last scheme (turning her into a werewolf) what would the two come up with next to top it?
"Uh, I'd rather go wit the pitchforks. Quicker death." Adrian muttered sulkily. Really though, if anyone found out, they were dead meat. Her for being the master mind, and him for actually turning her. With a Father in the Ministry of Magic, Adrian could only imagine what Lily's father might do to him... The punch to the arm shook the young man from his thoughts, jolting him back to reality. He turned, giving her a shocked an hurtful look. "Hey! Abuse! Didn't your parents teach you hitting people is bad?!" he exclaimed, feigning hurt feelings.
He knew she was right though. They'd been careful. Oh so careful, the night of the full moon. No one had followed them. They'd been far enough from to avoid any unwelcome visitors. The plan had been perfect. Nothing could go wrong! Especially now that the storm was calming. Or... So the pair thought...
It was relieving, running through the trees. WHen they'd picked up enough speed, Adrian had let go of Lily's arm. This feeling would never grow old, knowing what he was, and how natural it was to be here. The Forbidden forest, despite it's many dangers, had always felt like home. So, at first? He didn't stop at the sight of the Acromantula. The things stayed clear of him, and he stayed clear of them. But, you see, the blasted thing was in his way. Lily came to a stop, and Adrian, reluctantly, followed suit. "Mind your own business, and buzz off." he threatened, growling deep in his throat. He wasn't to intimidated by them, especially one this size, which was probably why it's appearance irked him so much.
As quickly as it had appeared though, it vanished into the night. But not without peaking his interest as it dropped a letter. "Uuh.... Are they smart enough to know how to write?" He asked, not really looking for an answer. He moved first, crossing to the fallen, folded parchment, and scooping it up. It was sealed. Like a legit letter. Holding it up, he turned back to Lily. "What do you say. Should we open it and see how terrible it's penmanship is?"

Lily continued to keep the smirk on her face as he suggested rather going with pitchforks. As he called out abuse on her, she simply stuck her tongue out at him and gave a hearty laugh. "I learned from the best. Me mom doesn't let anyone get past her-" she stopped. The thought of her mum brought about all sorts of feelings. Feelings she didn't even want to be dealing with right now. She shook them off, letting the night take hold of her as they moved through the forest together.
When Adrian growled at the spider before them, Lily stepped closer to him. Not really in a 'protect me I'm a damsel in distress' sort of way, but in a 'I like it when you growl so let's try that again'. She watched as the Spider dropped something and vanished. She raised an eyebrow, watching as he picked up the letter. "I didn't even know they were smart enough to be delivery boys. There is no way it wrote that," but there was a lump in her throat. That was an incredibly freaky thought. She couldn't help but smile as she suggested the spider had bad penmanship, but reached out and snatched the letter from his hands. "Let's," she said, unfolding the parchment.
As she started reading her tone started out lighthearted, silly even. But it soon evolved into a tone of horror; "Dear little wolfies, it's my pleasure to make your acquaintance, however informal it may be. I'm afraid we can't speak in person, but thankfully I have many a friend who can deliver letters and gifts on my behalf. I think it's incredibly touching how you-how you-" she stopped, her eyes widening, but cleared her throat to continue, "how you were able to bond in such a delicate way. Turning your little princess into a fellow wolf so cautiously? Bravo. I don't require anything from you now, darlings, but I wanted you to know that someone is watching you and looking forward to using your talents for the greater good. Who knows? Maybe our Hogwarts villain will want to kill a Potter next. Nice to have you on board, Lils and Addy. Wit is my poison, knowledge my powers, words my webs. Signed, Arachne."

Lily and Adrian didn't talk about her parents much. And when hey did, it was usually about how he wanted to stay clear of them. And ever since her mother was attacked? It had practically become taboo. Every time her mother came up, the subject was dropped and avoided like the plague. And to make matters worse, he hated what it did to Lily's mood. He hated to see her like that. Especially now, after what they'd done. They were a pack now, even though they hadn't admitted it yet. He moved to lightly and reassuringly touch her shoulder, silently expressing that he was there for her.
Adrian stood a little straighter, with his chest puffed out as the oversized spider vanished. He totally scared it off. Yup, because he was intimidating like that. "Eh, they're just giant cowards, especially when they are alone." He bragged, obviously misreading why she'd stepped closer to him. "I'll show you where their nest is some time- hey!" He was in the middle of speaking when Lily stole the letter. "I wanted to read it!" this time he complained, but she'd already broken the seal and started to read it's contents aloud.
He was expecting it to be a misplaced letter from a student or parent. Probably an owl had lost the letter during it's delivery, or even a student had lost it while wandering in the trees. That was the only logical answer. But, the more she read? The lower his heart sank. It was for them. A letter for them. Someone knew what they'd done. Adrian was.... angry. Fuming. A growl rumbled deep in his throat, expressing the emotion. How did they know? They'd been so careful! It wasn't possible! The unwritten message was clear. If they did what this person wanted, their secret was safe. If they didn't... Adrian gritted his teeth and turned, taking a few steps away from Lily. His fingers curled tightly into fist seconds before he slammed it into the tree with all his strength. All the while, he let out a string of German swear words.
Well, the letter had been right about one thing. Lily was his Princess, and he'd do anything to protect her.

Lilys hands were shaking, the letter quivering along with them. She watched as Adrian stepped away, suddenly punching the tree beside him. She pulled her and out, aiming at the parchment. "Incendio," she muttered and the letter burst into flames. She didn't drop it, she let it burn in her hand and let the pain of the heat snap her out of her trance.
"Adrian," she said, her voice regaining it's strength as she stepped toward him. She placed a hand on his arm. "I won't let anything happen to you," she continued, her voice calm and collected, a rarity for the youngest Potter.
"Hey, look at me," she said, her voice growing a little more stern as she tightened her grip on his arm. As much as she would never admit it, a part of her knew she cared for Adrian. She wanted to spend all of her free time with him. Heck, all of her time with him. She was feeling uncomfortable with the idea though, and she almost moved her hand away but... The letter was right. They had bonded. They were one now, and they had to deal with this together.

Adrian did his best to control his anger. He had, to many people's surprise, a nasty temper. One that Lily had only seen a handful of times. It was never pretty, and he had a tendency to get violent... Thankfully, the only person within striking distance happened to be the only person he would never hurt. Funny how that worked.
He hadn't moved, partially because his hand hurt from the hit, but also because his mind was whirling. Trying to come up with an explanation, any explanation to this development. There was no way someone had been there! So how....?! He jolted back to reality, twitching, when he heard his name. "Du- " He stopped, taking a deep breath. He had to really think this time to switch back to English. "You shouldn't worry about me." He didn't look at her as he spoke, he couldn't bring himself to. This was a giant mess, one he'd dragged her into. It wasn't until she tightened her grip on his arm that his gaze shifted, focusing on her.
Adrian just stared at her, quite intently, for several silent moments. Finally though, he cracked a small smile. "Don't sound so serious, Lils. It doesn't suit you."

He didn't want her to worry about him, that was... sweet. Finally, he looked at her and she held his gaze for just as long as he did. When he cracked a smile, she did too. Grateful that he was trying to bring them back into a sense of normalcy. "You're right," she said, leaning closer, "and you're cute," she gave a little chuckle. She still felt off though, like things were still a little too serious... and scary. She knew it was about time to do something drastic, something to change the subject in a positive direction.
So, she kissed him.
They hadn't kissed before, so that was new. But, Lily had kissed other boys. Still, it didn't feel like it did with the others. It wasn't gentle either. She wrapped her hands into his hair, pulling him as close to her as she possibly could in that moment. Then, she pulled away completely, taking a few steps back, "so, now what should we do?"

Lily just accused Adrian of being 'cute'. He gave her a shocked look. "I'm not cute!" He retorted loudly, in the same moment he tugged on one of his own dark curls, as if accusing them for her statement. "I'm a powerful, scary wer-" He stopped his defense mid-word, and found himself frozen as she quickly closed the distance between them... and kissed him.
Lily was kissing him.
He stood, frozen, like a statue, and eyes wide as one of his best friends and partners in crime pressed her lips firmly against his, her fingers laced through his hair. At first, he didn't dare move from the shock, when he realized it was actually happening though, he didn't move out of fear that this actually wasn't happening. He'd never admitted it to anyone, but he did care for Lily. How deep those feelings went though... He wasn't sure. He just knew that he always wanted her to smile.
Unfortuntely, Adrian didn't recover before she pulled away. He just stared down at her, his expression unreadable except for his eyes that were as wide as saucers. After clearing his throat, he spoke. "That.... I don't think that's a normal reaction to being blackmailed..." Looking at Lily, he saw neither shame or regret in her expression. Cracking a smile, he just shook his head. Why did he even try to understand why she'd done that? She was Lily Potter after all. Quickly, he closed that distance she'd made and put an arm around her. He whispered something in German in her ear, and then released her. Ah, the advantages to speaking a language she didn't understand... "You're ridiculous." He added in English.
He walked away, deeper into the forest, and motioned over his shoulder for her to follow.

Lily wasn't surprised by Adrians reaction to the kiss, just as he probably wasn't surprised that she moved on so quickly afterward. As he stared at her for a moment, wide eyed, Lily simply stood there with one eyebrow raised and her arms at her sides. His comment made her smile, "I'm not sure there is a textbook reaction on blackmail reactions," she said, then her eyes widened, "ooh, I should write one!"
As he moved closer to her, she leaned into him, she noticed how warm he was. This was something she had noticed before, but it still caught her attention. She glared as he whispered in German though, but she didn't ask him what he had said, at least not yet. If he had wanted her to know he would have said it in English. Still, she wasn't going to let it slide... But he could have it for now.
As he claimed she was ridiculous, she simply gave a little shrug alongside a bite of her lip, followed by an oh-so-innocent giggle. "At least we can be ridiculous together." She followed as he moved deeper into the forest, putting the letter behind them... For now.
