@maria <3 Samuel wasn't sure if he wanted to know specifics. No, he didn't. But he did want to know if she was still seeing anything. Or if it was just the things in front of her. As shocking as it was to hear her finally speak, it was even more shocking to finally see her brown eyes meet his green. "I know...I know. Are you still seeing...things?" Samuel didn't want to specify anything. He just wanted to know, wanted to know if she was okay. Samuel brushed her hair away. "Are you hungry?"

That was the question, wasn't it? Was she seeing things now or what it stopped. She had moments of clarity, where the world was the way it should... but they never lasted as long as she wanted. Right now though... "No..." Thankfully it seemed as if for the moment she was fine...but the imagines of her last hallucination were still burned into her mind, still tainting her thoughts.
As for food... Maria knew she hadn't eaten since this all began. They'd tried, but... "Seeing dead people tends to ruin your appetite." though she sounded just as drained as before that was the most normal Maria comment since he'd arrived yesterday. It lacked her usual sarcastic bite though.

@maria <3 Samuel nodded. At least she wasn't seeing anything for right now. Samuel genuinely hoped it was done, hoped Maria was going to start to get better. "Good." Whether or not Samuel was supposed to say anything else, he was not sure. As of right now he was just taking in her physical appearance, waiting for her to say more. But she really wasn't. Maria's comment made Samuel swallow nervously. He just nodded. If it was any other situation he would've been sarcastic back to her. "Thirsty?"

Oh Maria hopes that was the end of the hallucinations. But she almost seemed to know it wasn't. Just like a sixth sense, reminding her that this was just a little break. And oh how she wishes it would just all end and be done with. She kept her eyes trained on him almost intensely in the silent moments that followed. He didn't comment on her answer, instead deciding to ask if she was thirsty instead. She was, but right now her stomach felt too nauseous to handle anything so she just shook her head.
Around the same time the door of the office opened and Samuel's sister and a school healer entered. Quickly Samuel's sister explained that they had an idea of what might be causing all this and needed to run some tests, but it's be best if Samuel left during them. Maria just closed her eyes, swallowing the panic she felt at the idea of him leaving. She still didn't feel great in any regard but having someone here during all this... it'd helped. Quite a bit.
(End? Or you can post once more)
