- all threads that take place on the train ride or opening feast must take place on september 1st
- if you reference a day of the week in your post, please make sure that day matches up with the proper date on a calendar in 2023 (september 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 are fridays)
- for consistency, i've been saying that hogsmeade visits are the second saturday of every month
- the full moons in september are the 1st and the 30th
- dead threads can be added to this list at a member's discretion, but all threads must include at least five posts in total to be added
- if you are unsure where your threads falls in the scheme of the timeline, see if any information from other threads was referenced and use that to place it - otherwise, wait and discuss with your thread partner so that this thread doesn't have to be updated more than necessary to 
- check and make sure your thread partner has not already added your thread to the timeline before posting
- threads that are in progress are allowed to be posted, but please note that they are in progress in your description
