Up until now, I've never put together anything giving an overview of he family, and kept their secrets to myself for my own enjoyment and pleasure. But, it's time I finally let the world know their 'secrets', and know exactly what this family is capable of. I hope you all learn to love, and fear, them as much as I do. - magical capabilities -The Hongs have been manipulating Emperors, diplomats, courts, anyone in power, for thousands of years. Their power to turn people's thoughts and twist them is legendary. They've studied ancient and modern, magical and scientific, ways of manipulating the human mind. They will rip your secrets from you, and force your obedience to their every whim. Basically you do not want them in your head because it won't be 'yours' when they are done. They've turned out some exceptionally powerful and gifted Legilimens and occlumens over the centuries.
- artifacts -Library - The Hong family has a secret library in the Kunlun mountains. Within is thousands of years worth of knowledge, passed down from each generation to the next. You can find scrolls ranging from historical events, ancient medicine, lethal poisons, ancient spells, and so on. This library is the greatest treasure to the family, and one of it's biggest secrets. Outsiders (those not of Hong blood) are not permitted entry. At the entrance are stone sentinels that have been enchanted to permit only those that prove their lineage by offering a small blood sacrifice (only a few drops of their own blood is necessary). If proven worthy, they are granted safe passage inside. If proven unworthy the sentinels will animate and destroy the intruders. The entrance will be barred so that, even if the intruder destroys the guardians they can not gain access to the library. Pensieve - Within the library is a treasure that, in the families eyes, is priceless. And that is the ancient Pensieve. Any member of the family may use the Pensieve to their heart's content. It was built into the very heart of the Library in 500 BC.
Hall of Memories - A chamber in the Library. Given a choice, this is what the family would save first. Inside this hall are the extracted memories of every single Hong ancestor. At the time of ones death, all of their memories are magically extracted and stored in vials in this hall. I hope these ideas could help inspire other ideas for characters. If you want to snatch up one of these characters and make them your own, go right ahead! I will likely never use all of these ideas, but they deserve some attention.
 - The Hunter -Playby: Adrianne Ho Age:29-30 Born and raised in the scarcely populated state of Alaska, this girl is of Inuit descent. Her family has been living off the land for as far back as they can remember. They have a long family history of being Spiritual leaders due to their magical abilities but have never had a proper education. This girl was one of the first to attend a proper Magical school in Canada. After graduation she chose to become a Bounty Hunter, to honor ancestors. She's an accomplished Bounty Hunter, and for the last several years, she has taken on the most difficult hunt of them yet, Fenrir Greyback. In no means does she hate him, she sees the Werewolf more like an animal than human. They have had several encounters during the years, leaving several scars littering her body but she refuses to give up the hunt.
- The Voodoo Queen -Playby: Christine Adams Age: 35-45 Raised in the Bayou, this woman is a twisted individual. Her father was never in the picture, and her mother died in childbirth. So, raised by her grandmother, she was learning the craft before she could talk. Herbology and Potions are obvious favorites, but her real talent lies in enchanting objects. She's a master at creating cursed dark items that can likely be found for sale at Borgin and Burkes or other similar Knockturn Alley shops.  - The Outcast -Playby: Haruma Miura Age: 16-17 This boy is original from Japan and attended Mahoutokoro most of his schooling career. He comes from a very, VERY, wealthy and powerful family in the country with some pretty insane connections. But, some time during his fifth, or sixth year (depending on how old you make him), he did the unthinkable... He broke the International Statute of Secrecy. Unlike the Uk that can be forgiving of such an act, especially with teenagers and children, Japan is very strict about such actions. Immediate expulsion and a trial with the Japanese Ministry. Thankfully due to his family's connections they were able to bribe persuade the Ministry to go easy on the boy and not press any charges. Unfortunately, Mahoutokoro would not revoke their expulsion ban, but they did lessen it to an expulsion from that school and not all schools. They would not permit him to return with his 'white robes' (Refer HERE for an explanation on what that means). If he wished to continue his magical training they would permit him to seek it else where. Thankfully, his Aunt and Uncle that lived in the UK offered to house the boy during the summer and breaks, which would then permit him to attend Hogwarts for his final years.
 - The Love Gurus -Playby: Lucky Blue Smith & Pyper America Smith Age: 16-17 These two would be twins, and both are Clairvoyants. Specifically they both can see a different part of your romantic future. One of them can see your future loves while the other sees your future heart breaks. They can't control it though, and they typically see more visions when they are apart. They have a strong twin sense though, and can feel when their other half is having a vision, and to what magnitude the vision is. The longer they are apart, the worse their visions will become. To add some humor to it, they are both OCD but they contradict each other so they are constantly at odds at how something should be done. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
